We booked a family room with two full bathrooms we received a family room with one bathroom with only a bathtub and a sink and the other bathroom one sink and toilet so between two couples we only had one toilet also I’ve booked a room with a balcony we did not have a balcony or a loft.
I spoke with the manager they had rented our room to someone else
Also, the breakfast was decent, except I found a bug in my prune bowl
Center of village staff , very helpful food excellent we had a nice quiet room.
Locatie, gezellige (beetje ouderwetse) inrichting, zeer vriendelijk, flexibel personeel. Een heel relaxed hotel.

Die Lage ist gut im Zentrum und das Personal freundlich.
Zimmer sind eng und alt, auch das Bad. Total überteuert 700 Euro pro Nacht für 4 Sterne mit schlechter Ausstattung. Wellnessbereich eng und kein Pool. Im Restaurant kann man nur um 18.00h oder um 20.00h essen nach Reservierung. Essenszeiten limitiert weil dann andere Gäste kommen. Hotelempfangsbereich auch sehr klein bei Rezeption. Bei schlechtem Wetter sehr ungemütliches Hotel.

Personal bis auf den Hausmeister nicht sonderlich freundlich. Alle mürrisch und gestresst unterwegs
Super Restaurant und außen Bar super gemütlich. Tolle Atmosphäre und Service außergewöhnlich gut.
Die Lage war sehr zentral! Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet! Das Personal war zuvorkommend und jederzeit bereit uns die Wünsche von den Augen abzulesen
