Extrem freundliches sowie hilfsbereites Personal, super Lage, Aprés-Ski Bar, gute Musik, sehr saubere Zimmer, sehr gute Kulinarik im Restaurant im Martinstüberl und in der Tannberg Stube.

Cons:

Leider keine Arrangements mit Halbpension möglich bzw. werden nicht angeboten

Great location but a bit disappointing fir a 4 star hotel.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

The breakfast room opened late on several days. The access to the ski room was meant to be secure but the door was proped open all day. Our skis are very valuable. The sauna was advertised as open from 3pm but it wasn't always switched on and we had to ring to get it turned on.

We booked a family room with two full bathrooms we received a family room with one bathroom with only a bathtub and a sink and the other bathroom one sink and toilet so between two couples we only had one toilet also I’ve booked a room with a balcony we did not have a balcony or a loft.
I spoke with the manager they had rented our room to someone else
Also, the breakfast was decent, except I found a bug in my prune bowl
