內部流程不一、櫃檯人員的服務態度不佳（反饋問題，但只能得到官方回應、感受不到真的有為顧客著想的那份心）

訂了一個晚上的套房，到了現場櫃檯服務人員告知沒有收到訂單，其歸咎於平台價格出現錯誤導致飯店未收到，不知道是未收到還是不想承認以這樣的價格被訂到，後續也沒有轉介到其它飯店，身為五星級酒店這樣的處理方式令人感到心寒
