訂了一個晚上的套房，到了現場櫃檯服務人員告知沒有收到訂單，其歸咎於平台價格出現錯誤導致飯店未收到，不知道是未收到還是不想承認以這樣的價格被訂到，後續也沒有轉介到其它飯店，身為五星級酒店這樣的處理方式令人感到心寒

Very nice hotel, but breakfast experience was very bad
Pros:

Very good hotel with very nice rooms and wow feeling!

Cons:

The breakfast experience was terrible, we had to wait half an hour to get a table. We complained at the hotel manager and they could organise a table in the bar area.
