Atención fantástica por parte de Alejandro
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, la habitación perfecta, la cocina bien, pero lo mejor de todo la atención de Alejandro, fantástica, disponible por teléfono para cualquier consulta y allí te recibe y te despide.

The apartment was absolutely stunning and exceeded all expectations. Pristine I think is the word!

We love Somo, so will definitely be staying here again. The bath was excellent, like our own private hot tub. Highly recommended to anyone. Check in process was easy and the guy was super friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Hemos estado muy agusto el apartamento, es muy acogedor esta muy bien situado a 5 min de la playa y muy bien equipado con sofa para la tv enorme, cocina completa con electrodomésticos, un baño grande con ducha y bañera de hidromasaje y la habitación las camas son muy cómodas, si tenemos la oportunidad repetiremos.

Pros:

Desde la atención de Alejandro hasta la comodidad del apartamento.
Todo nuevo, bien equipado, sofá muy cómodo y cama también. Muy bien ubicado a 5’ andando a la playa, del súper, vale la pena pasar unas cuantos días en estos apartamentos. Genial todo! Gracias

Muy recomendable
Pros:

Apartamento completo, nuevo y limpio. Trato agradable. La playa es enorme y queda cerca, aunque al volver la cuesta arriba se hace notar.
El aire acondicionado, independiente por cada planta, nos vino muy bien pues estuvimos unos días que hizo calor..

Cons:

La carretera que pasa cerca tiene mucho tráfico, aunque el apartamento está muy bien insonorizado. El acceso al garaje es un poco complicado.

Very modern, well-equipped and comfortable appartment in popular Somo
Pros:

We loved the location, only 10 minutes walk down the hill to the incredible beach, and to the foot ferry across Santander Bay. Also good road access to the beautiful Cantabria coast and inland. Very easy to find on arrival.
Our hosts, Alejandro and Diana could not have been more helpful and kind. Communication and local information was excellent. It was thoughtful of them to check in on us, especially during the national power outage. Thank you both!
We liked the pristine, modern, well-equipped appartment. The kitchen doesn't have an oven, but we were able to easily cook meals. There was even a hand blender and brand new kettle! The dining area is tiny, but there is al fresco dining at the picnic bench.
The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of towels. It was great to have the washing machine and garage drying area.
Great supermarkets locally.
N. B. Hot tub in the description means bath tub!

Cons:

It would have been helpful to have had more than one socket in the kitchen.
The walls between the apartments are very thin, so there was sometimes a lot of noise disturbance, including during the night.
Coat hooks and a coffee table would have been useful.

Pros:

1. Alejandro is the best host - very kind, responsive and attentive always help in different questions.
2. The apartment is new well equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and cooker suitable for long term living with autonomous climate system that makes you living more comfortable.
3. Very good location: 5min walking to the beach and 5 min to the supermarket.
4. Free parking.

We will definitely come back thank you very much see you 😊
