The staff is great and friendly, the accommodation is also great, the swimming pool definitely needs to be a feature of any stay in Cartagena, as this may be the only escape from the heat. The food (optional) was also great. Great place to meet people and very central to where everything happens. I did consider other hostels, but for some reason this was the option.
No regreat.
Lack of kitchen, I think there needs to be an accessible kitchen to allow you make a meal you know, something that connects you back home, I eat many great local dishes, but i craved for something I could prepare myself. I saw various fruits and veggies around and I could not get any because I would have nowhere to prepare something.
Lack of extra toilets and showers. There is only one ensuite in the room, so, if someone is having a shower no-one can use the toilet, and as you meet people in these places and become friends which leads to go out whether, rush hour for the shower can get crazy. So yeah, extra showers would be great, there is an extra toilet next to reception and by the pool.

Since we had an early morning flight, the noise from the rooftop was a bit disruptive. And the TV in room 311 doesn't connect to the Wi-Fi.

Depronto estar más atentos en la limpieza de baños ya que se comparten con otras persona y recomiendo estar supervisando más seguido ya que convergen muchas nacionalidades se ensucian muy rápido, y mejorar la capacidad del aire acondicionado de la habitación por que termina uno sudando toda la noche
