It was good

The property location was perfect but the bed was broken and Rigged up we ended up sleeping in a broken bed for 5 days .. They have nowhere for you to park on the property so our rental vehicle was towed for the amount of money that was spent I’m very disappointed in my stay at Kasa

The properties are very nice inside. Great customer service. I highly recommend!

Great location-in close proximity to shopping district and MBCC. Bass Museum is across the street!
Bed was comfy however wasn’t as clean as I would have expected.

The walkability of the property was the highlight—great beach access, etc. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough, so it resulted in water spilling out after each shower; inconvenient having to wipe this up each time. The cable broadcast wasn’t working on the TV. There was also some type of gnat infestation. Overall 3/5.

It is simple place and convenient for walking distance and for the parking is at convention center you have to pay to park there is no parking for the property.

I would stay here again, already looking to book my next trip to Miami again and I will stay at Kasa Collins!!!! Love this place!!!

Checkin went very smoothly and the space was nice and clean. There was a separate sitting area, a small kitchen area, bedroom, and bathroom. The place was well situated and walkable to the beach, restaurants, etc.
However, we encountered a number of problems. At the beach there were no towels available as advertised and the beach attendants told us this was because Kasa did not supply them with towels.The plug in for the coffee maker tripped every time we attempted to use it. We had another major issue as there was no hot water after our first day. We alerted Kasa about this but the issue was not resolved before we checked out. The shower curtain was not long enough and lots of water on the floor. when we closed the door to our bedroom it locked and fortunately we could still get in through the bathroom, but obviously that wasn’t ideal. Without there being an actual person to speak with, it seemed that issues were not resolved in a timely manner and it was very frustrating. Kasa did approv a refund for one night, but that too was not a simple process as we booked through Expedia and they had a very difficult time getting the authorization from Kasa even though Kasa had approved the refund with us. Expedia was persistent and finally got through to Kasa, but not before letting us know that Kasa was unresponsive. Had I not sent several emails to both Kasa and Expedia the refund would never have been processed. We will not stay there again due to our frustrations.

Good property well maintained....kitchen is added advantage..very near to beach

We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, but we left after just one. The photos speak for themselves. They also never offered a solution for the missing bed linens.
Kasa has refused to reimburse me for the 2nd night, so I want any and everyone to know that this was the WORST hotel experience we have ever had in Miami.
Avoid Kasa!

Great property, great location- however- we did not receive clean towels every day nor was the bed made.

The condo was great, close to the beach and fitness center. Was walkable to the grocery stores. Definitely would stay here again.

Good location walkable to most everything. Well stocked kitchen and super roomy living area. Shower had some issues, low water pressure & shower curtain not long enough to prevent drips. Needed access to more towels to keep floor dry. A TV in the bedroom would be an excellent upgrade.

Loved it

The appartment is cute and comfortable, got everything you need for a short or a long stay. Perfect location, 5 min walk from the beach. Smooth check in, digital locks worked perfectly. 2 small things - coffee machine was broken and shower curtain didn't really do its job. I would stay there again.
