The building is quite neglected. The carpets in the corridors are very dirty, damaged, and have an unpleasant smell. Doors and door handles are in poor condition. I am not entirely sure whether the fire safety system is operational; I suspect it is not.
There is no restaurant in the building, only a small shop. Parking is expensive, although it is attended.
In the room, the air conditioning was not working properly — when turned on, it blew hot air and smelled like something was burning. In addition, the ventilation grilles were extremely dirty. The window was very dirty and taped with blue tape; only a small section could be opened. The smell in the room was very bad, and the floor was dirty.
The room was extremely humid — towels did not dry, wooden chairs were black with mold, and water was constantly forming on the refrigerator due to moisture.
The bathroom was the worst part: dirty, worn out, and in very poor condition. It is clear that the owner is trying to repair and renovate certain things, but this does not change the fact that paying guests deserve a much higher standard.
However, guest safety urgently needs to be addressed — the air conditioning system should be cleaned and repaired, the fire safety system checked, and the humidity issue resolved

Escasa limpieza, sobre todo en la zona de la piscina y de los ascensores.

Deberían mejorar en el mantenimiento de el edificio y el apartamento, hay humedades , baldosas sueltas y partes deterioradas.

EVERYTHING IS SOO BAD!!!!! Deep dissatisfaction, as they did not solve my problem. This hotel is the worst that Booking.com could have.
I arrived after check-in time, even though I had notified them via the number they gave me (I notified them 2 days in advance). The message was answered.
When we arrived, we couldn't get into the room because there was no staff member who could give me the code. It was 2 AM, I was in the lobby with my son, and even Booking.com couldn't resolve the issue. This hotel needs to be urgently removed from the platform.

A friend was supposed to stay in another room the next day, and even though she arrived within the check-in time, 3 PM, they still didn't provide her with the code. The place is completely abandoned.
WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

The room was very out dated and not very clean. The sliding door to go out to balcony barely could be opened.
The door needed a better secure lock.

The apartment was old and run down. The door lock wasn't working properly.

La limpieza

Todo perfecto

La limpieza del edificio en general no es muy buena. Personalmente el departamente que alquilé a Fernando Ostolaza no estaba muy limpio y al momento de registrarme, no estaba informado el personal de la recepción acerca de mi presencia. De casualidad crucé a la persona que hizo la limpieza del dpto. y me pudo dar los datos de la habitación y código de ingreso. Fernando nunca me respondió.

El edificio quedó viejo

The worst part was that the door lock of my unit did not work properly, and someone entered my room and stole my GoPro 360 camera with memory cards, batteries, accessories, and a bag worth around $650. The host only responded with a few WhatsApp messages but never took responsibility, never showed up to request the security footage, and never fixed the lock as promised. The security system is outdated with old cameras, and no useful information was provided. I even had to file a police report, which turned my vacation into a nightmare.
