A Fabulous Sleep
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and I had an exceptional nights sleep.

Cons:

There was some construction happening outside during working hours, however, this was not a concern as it was explained to me during the checking in process.

Cons:

The hotel scammed us. Upon arrival, they claimed that there was no available room for foreigners that night, only for Chinese people. They then informed us that they would only honor our reservation if we payed extra in addition to the price mentioned on booking. We were informed that if we would not pay, we would have to leave and we could contact booking if we wanted to complain.
We were then forced to pay the extra amount, not given a proper receipt. After we left, the hotel marked us as a no-show and is now trying to get the no-show fee from us additionally.

Cons:

There is a little smoke when we first enter the room we stay for first 2 days of our GZ trip. And the shower gel and shampoo should ensure are fully filled. Last night of stay, halfway shower then noticed the bottle is finished.

A memorable stay with exceptional hospitality
Pros:

Hotel Atour offered us a very pleasant experience. Everything was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and very good. The staff was friendly, young, smiling, and always willing to help. The hotel is very well located, close to the metro station and many restaurants, which makes it ideal for getting around. The only small inconvenience was that the staff did not speak English, but we managed to communicate without any problems. We felt very comfortable during our stay and would definitely come back.
