Save yourself the trouble and book something else.
Pros:

The location is great next to the airport and the room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

Staff are extremely unaccommodating. For this reason I would not come back or recommend this hotel. I arrived after midnight and the instructions for where I should go for shuttlebus pick up was very unclear. I ended up waiting over 1 hour to be picked up (landed 12.20 picked up 1.40). I also, the night before departure asked to be dropped off at the Tren Maya station with the shuttle which they organised and the day of I went to reception to check out and then was told that they could not accommodate my request and would not drop me to the station (mind you it is the same distance if not shorter as there is no traffic to the train station). They said all they could do was drop me at the airport and I would have to find transport from the airport to the train station on my own. Mind you, this whole conversation was done via Google translator on this day as the reception were unable to communicate in english. Additionally, the halls are pretty run down and they need a lot of work, there were giant holes on the hallway adjacent to my room.

La localisation est proche de l'aéroport. Bien pour une nuit en arrivant ou en repartant.

Cons:

La propreté n'était pas impeccable (tâche sur le drap, poils dans la salle de bain,...)
Toilette bouché.
Petit déjeuner peu garni.

Las instalaciones Suites están muy buenas.
La ubicación es excelente.
El desayuno es básico, pero con variedad de opciones.
La limpieza es correcta.

Cons:

Las instalaciones Plus son muy chiquitas. Deben tener por lo menos microondas y frigobar.
Las instalaciones de la piscina están un poco descuidadas.
El desayuno no tiene leche caliente.

Una cómoda noche
Pros:

La limpieza del lugar, las camas muy cómodas, el sistema de tarjetas para poder usar el elevador te brinda seguridad, y sobre el servicio de shuttle aeropuerto - hotel - aeropuerto.

Cons:

Llegamos tarde después del vuelo y en la tiendita no vendían comida como tal, solo snacks.

Pros:

Pratique proche de l’aéroport et à l extérieur de La ville. Le buffet le matin tres bien avec de la nourriture locale, et la piscine très appréciable le matin. Hôtel nickel pour une première nuit. Juste prévoir que la cuisine peut être fermé si vous arrivez tard et qu il n’y a rien dans le quartier (nous on a eu de la chance)

Cons:

Rien de particulier. Nous n’avions pas d’attentes et ça a été plutôt un bonne surprise.
La piscine mériterai une petite rénovation mais on a toutefois bien profité. Ils prétend des serviettes et il y a des matelas

Incómodo a la hora del desayuno.

Yo tenía media hora nomas en el desayuno, y tardaron en abrir y que a esa hora las 6 am que es la hora del desayuno no había el tomate y el queso para el sandwich y pues que a esa hora no lo ponían dijo la trabajadora de muy mala manera como si hiciera un favor y el café no estaba listo.
