VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
Pros:

Very rude and they have given me a normal room when I booked a delux one. And they are collecting more money than that showed in booking.com

Cons:

Please make sure to check with them regarding the fare before checkin as they always charge extra

Nothing like. Initially denied accn eventhough full payment made in advance. Have to pay additional amount to get the accn. Too much Rats in the room. Tooth brush taken away and the 100 gm Colgate paste badly bitten by the rats

Staf are good 👍🏻.

Cons:

We want near by the krpuram railway station. But it's very far almost 6 km from station. And we can't get direct bus to hotel. Because auto 🛺 charge very high, so we prefer bus. Bus is available all time . But the hotel location we have to get 2 bus to rech hotel.
