Parfait pour une journée à Lima
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfaite. Le lit est super confortable. On a apprécié que l’accueil garde nos bagages le temps que la chambre soit disponible.

Pros:

ケネディパークの近く。周りにレストランも多数あり、便利な場所。スタッフは親切で、荷物を運んでくれたり、問題にすぐに対応してくれた。

Cons:

ホテルというよりもホステルに近い印象。バスルームが変な臭いがした。お湯が出なくて、他の部屋のシャワーを借りたがそこもお湯が出ず、諦めて眠った。外に何かの機会があり、その音で静かに眠れなかった。この部屋でこの料金は高いと思う。

Amazing and stylish bedroom with two beds and an HUGE TV. Location was very good too.

Cons:

The room was very warm and during the day the old air condition couldn't keep up. The air condition is also next to one fo the beds, which makes it unconfortable to sleep with the air con on.

I'm not sure if it's booking or qema's fault, but the pricing is extremely confusing and the comunication is terrible. We ended up over paying more 30% or so due to taxes and service charges which weren't clearly stated during the booking process. We've been traveling for three months in Peru and stayed all over and this was the only place we had this issue...

If it wouldn't be for the price issue, this would be a great place.

Séjour agréable avec un très bon petit-déjeuner
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et bien aménagée, avec plusieurs rangements et crochets très pratiques. Le personnel était sympathique et accueillant. Mention spéciale pour le shakshuka au petit-déjeuner, que nous recommandons vivement !

Pros:

The location is very much inside the Miraflores neighborhood, the place is surrounded by many restaurants, bars and markets as well. The room was always clean, as well as the bathroom, and the air conditioning was really helpful as the days we stayed it was really hot! The guy that always welcomes you before entering the structure was really kind and helping us when getting Ubers and when asking for advice in the neighborhood :)

Muy bonito y buena ubicación. Pero con algunos detalles a mejorar
Pros:

Buen precio y ubicación perfecta, cerca de plazas, comercio, bares, restaurants. 5 Minutos a pie al Parque Keneddy, 5m a Avenida Larco, 10m a Estación Benavides del bus Metropolitano El personal del hotel muy amable. La habitacion es muy bonita y bien decorada, con buena vista hacia Lima. Cama y almohadas cómodas, buen WIFI. Enchufes con USB. Pasillos y áreas comunes muy bien decorados y limpios.

Cons:

Hay aire acondicionado, pero la ventana de la habitacion se podia abrir muy poco, no podia ventilar bien la pieza con el extremo calor que nos tocó en Lima. En 2 de los 7 días que alojé, hubo un problema con el agua fría, solo salia solo agua extremadamente caliente, no apta para duchas, lavar manos etc. No es responsabilidad del hotel, pero el baño compartido estaba muy sucio, salpicado y con olor fuerte. A veces el piso estaba completamente mojado. Esto es x los otros huespedes, de todas maneras seria ideal que se hicieran mas seguida la mantención del baño. Por ultimo, accedieron a pasarnos toallas para ducha, pero se nos dijo que no eran parte del servicio que pagué.
