Pros:

The staff is the best, super friendly. The room was confortable and the hotel is very well located to stay close to everything. Great value for money :D

Cons:

The hot shower didn´t work on our floor so we had to go to another floor. the bathrooms need to be cleaned more often as they are shared with ither guests.

Good location & helpful staff but very noisy and not so clean.
Pros:

Good location. Reception and security staff friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom was a good size

Cons:

Quiet hours not enforced - there was an incredibly loud party in the room above me until almost 7am on my first night & you can hear everything noise-wise from surrounding rooms. Not able to use terrace as there was water dripping from AC unit above, and guests in floor above were using smoking out of windows & using my terrace as an ashtray! Floors need proper clean - within 15 mins of getting out of shower, feet were covered in dirt/dust from floor.

Great stay in Lima in great location
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Location was in a great area of Lima, with lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance.

Cons:

We had booked a suite with a terrace but our room didn’t have a terrace. Wasn’t the end of the world but worth noting!

Emplacement parfait pour l'arrivée a Lima. Quartier calme

Cons:

Laisser couler l'eau chaude au moins 10 minutes avant d'en avoir enfin. Ce n' est pas écologique.

Pros:

Gute Lage und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer war gross und man hat versucht es schön einzurichten.

Cons:

Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem das Badezimmer.

The stay and location was great. We will be back in a few weeks before leaving Peru.
Cons:

I think that the shared bathroom can’t handle 5-6 rooms. There is constantly people with poor ventilation.

The staff was really friendly inside and outside of the establishment—they made you feel welcome. The safe inside the room added extra security and was easy to use.

Cons:

The bathroom inside the room did not have the greatest ventilation system so it was kind of humid—it triggered my allergies.
