The view from our room was lovely, out over the tea plantations.
The flow of hot water from the tap was insufficient to reach the shower, so that made the shower unusable. There were two chairs in the room but only suitable for small children, not even a small adult such as myself

Room service is missing.
Nothing. Because when I reached, I cancelled my booking then and there.
I booked Mountain View room with balcony access. It’s already written that I can pay at the property but before I reached one of a hotel staff called me for advance without any mail through booking.com still I paid some of amount and when I reached they gave me totally different room which I not booked through booking.com and also they told me that there’s no option to change till tomorrow if the room is available as per my choice.I left the hotel immediately and they are not ready to return the advance which I already paid.
It’s totally waste of money and time.
