Pros:

老闆娘超級熱情，我大學開始住在南部10年後搬回東部老家，難得來南部玩一趟訂了這邊，到了後老闆娘熱情親切到讓我有回家的感覺，我下次來南部一定再住。

Pros:

浴室乾濕分離而且快乾，最喜歡的是浴室。還有庭園保留老房子的樣子，晚上吹風靜靜待著也很舒服。

Pros:

位處黃埔新村內，交通機能完善，一出門便有Ubike站、走路15分鐘即可至大東捷運站。
老闆娘親切大方。整體環境非常舒適，茶水間甚至有提供泡麵。衛浴設備齊全，室內廁所乾淨整潔。床位、棉被乾淨沒有棉絮，床頭備有四個充電孔供住客使用，同時每個床位也有獨立的電燈。

Cons:

已這樣的價錢來說已經無懈可擊了，但若是真的要吹毛求疵的話，美中不足的點是曬衣間較為狹小，若住客一多、很多人洗衣服的話可能會有曬衣間放不下的問題，只有洗衣機沒有烘衣機。
床位對於身高較高的人較為不友善，以個人身形為例（183cm)，睡覺時腳會沒有辦法合起來，需要稍微打開才可以伸直，但並不會嚴重到影響睡眠。

Pros:

Really like how even when I arrived at 12am, the staff called up to show me where to go.

Cons:

Directions on the video could have been clearer. To a guest, they would straight away go to the main area which is not the area to go. I got very confused where my room was.
