غير أمان وخصوصا باليل إقامة فقط مفيهوش اى خدمات شارع متكسر وجانبى

الفندق إقامة فقط مفيهوش، اى خدمات مفيش، حاجة طلبتها وجت لا فى مكواة ولا حاجة اشربها وسلم مش اسانسير كان متعب جدا ف الشنط الشارع للوصول للفندق متكسر ومنطقة غير، راقية باليل يخوف مفيش أمن ف الفندق الحمام ريحتة وحشة جدا ومحتاج صيانة ومفيش، فطار بجد آخر مرة أنزل فية حتى لو ببلاش

لقد وصلت إلى الفندق وتفاجأت برفض استقبالي بحجة أن الحجز مكتمل (Overbooking)، بالرغم من امتلاكي حجزاً مؤكداً. المعاملة كانت غير احترافية تماماً ولم يتم توفير أي بديل أو تعويض، وتُركت في الشارع بعد عناء السفر. تجربة سيئة جداً ولا أنصح بأي تعامل معهم.بالإنجليزية:I arrived at the hotel only to be rejected at check-in under the excuse of overbooking, despite holding a confirmed reservation. The staff was completely unprofessional, offering no alternative accommodation or compensation, leaving me stranded after long travel. Terrible experience, strongly not recommended.

المكان هادى اوى وامان جدا و الاوضه تحفه و فيها كل حاجه و اكتشفت ان اى اوضه هنا لها حمام خاص لانى سالت ف فنادق تانيه كتير قالوا الى بحمام بسعر و الى من غير بسعر و هنا بصراحه الحاجه نضيفه اوى و المراتب كانها جديده والتكييف و مستوى النظافه والامان بجدددد شكرا جزيلا مقابل السعر ده ان كل حاجه تكون تحفه بالشكل ده و الستاف خدوم جدا و اد ايه محترمين خاصه استاذ حسين الى كان معانا من اول دقيقه من الشارع من بره انسان متعاون جدا و صبور شكرا جزيلا له

1- المكان دائما بعد الساعة 3 مفيش حد امن ع بوابة ولا حتي فرد في ريسبشن لمساعدة الزوار
2- صعب جدا جدا الوصول ليه باللوكيشن
3- طلبت اوردر والدليفري قعد يلف وساعة علي ما يجي
4- الدش بايظ ولما اشتكيت ملقتش حد اصلا
5- كبايتين الأطراف مكسورة ومفيش معلقة ولا سكينة ولا سكر ولا شاي
