This situation is unacceptable. A confirmed booking through Booking.com represents a binding agreement. I traveled to the location expecting my accommodation to be secured, and instead I was left without a room, causing significant inconvenience, stress, and additional expenses.

The first thing is it is in a good location also quite place the staf are so friendly like Mohammed & semir and special l like the sound of the bird in the building area was so good who loves those like me that is a good place for meditation
