Cheap, but do not deal with Hussien

The price was cheap, good location, good staff except for 1 rude person named "Hussien".

Thanks to the reception desk and Mr. Fouad who welcomed us by phone. They were all very nice.

Cons:

The place would have been perfect if they only wrote what they offer. No toilet paper, only 1 towel and it was dirty, unclean closet, no slippers, or other stuff that they added. No shared kitchen. Broken shower, and the bathroom was a mess.
We would have brought our stuff without a problem if they only didn't mention all the facilities in the world.

They told us if we need anything we should contact someone named "Hussien", I was so polite when he took a defensive approach and started being rude. They gave us a different room, and said tomorrow if they is another vacant one we'll tell you. But then he said that we got the room that we booked before even checking the reservation. He said that I can't ask for anything as the amount paid was already cheap and that this is not a 5 stars hotel!

Do not deal with this person.

I wouldn't have complained if it wasn't for him.

من اكتر الاماكن المريحة نفسيا دا غير الامان الكامل بس الراحة النفسية تعامل الستاف اخلاق و ود ومهنية عالية جدا عاملين ميكس عجيب مابين حسن الضيافة كأنك في بيتك وضيف خاص عندهم ومابين المهنية العالية والادب في التعامل وحتى لو خرجت برة للشارع الناس في المنطقة سكر ومؤدبين والمحلات حواليهم متوفرة واسعارها ممتازة لاء حقيقي كانت من اجمل التجارب والف شكر للاستاذ حسين المحترم تعبته جدا معايا لا يكل ولا يمل وانسان خدوم ومنتهى الذوق ربنا يجازيه كل خير على تفانيه وتعبه واحترامه
الاوضة التكييف فيها ممتاز والتلاجة والدولاب والحمام الخاص وكان في كاتيل وكوبايات والسرير مريح والفرش نضيف والنت تمام
وفي تلفزيون بس مجربتش اشغله

تجربة إقامة ممتازة في هذا الفندق. الموقع رائع والخدمة لا يعلى عليها، كل شيء كان منظماً ومريحاً. أود بشكل خاص أن أشكر طاقم العمل، فقد كانوا في غاية الاحترافية واللطف والتعاون طوال فترة إقامتي. بالتأكيد سأكرر الزيارة مرة أخرى وأوصي به بشدة لكل من يبحث عن الراحة
