Bhool kar bhi book maat karna ye property hai he nahi apni location mai aur aap kitna bhi call karlo koi phone uthane wala ni hai na mail mai reply dene wala hai na booking.com mai msg ka reply dene wala hai aap thaq jaogi call msg karke par reply ni aaega mai bahot musibat mai fas gaya tha ye property book karne raat mai dusara hotel karne pada inke chakar mai aur jaida paise dene pade hotel mai to koi bhi ye property book karna to apne risk mai karna

Pros:

Proximity to the Bagdogra airport was the best thing about the stay. The caretaker helped us with a airport-drop taxi.

Cons:

The bathroom water quality was poor, tasting like what was probably rust. There was no proper bucket/mug inside. Our room was on the 2nd floor, where we had to carry all our luggage via stairs since there was no elevator. We had to go the ground floor to fill drinking water.

Exceptional
Pros:

While my Darjeeling trip I stayed there two times with my family. Everything was fine, behaviour of staff was very humble and supportive. As no service for restaurant so self cooking needs to be facilitated.
Cleaning, location, price, internal service everything fine
satisfactory.
