Comfortable, easy to navigate, and delightful owners
Pros:

Beyond the comfort of the property, I appreciate how easy it was to find the building and navigate the inside.

When you book a stay, the owner will send you a video tutorial of exactly how to get in. I saved that video, and I was able to get in with no trouble. There are signs that are easy to follow and direct you to your room.

Cons:

My only wish was that the walls weren’t so paper thin. Of course, I don’t think the owners can help the state of the walls, but it was a little hard to sleep with people talking and coming in at 10 pm.

Für 1 Nacht in Ordnung aber länger würde ich nicht empfehlen
Pros:

Die Lage war ganz ok gelegen, nicht sehr zentral eher außerhalb der Innenstadt aber gut vom Hauptbahnhof aus zu erreichen. Ich fand es ganz gut, dass es abgelegener war, allerdings hat es dementsprechend etwas länger gedauert in die Innenstadt zu kommen. ÖPNV Verbindungen war sehr gut, es gab rundherum mind. 3 Stationen in der Nähe. Es gab eine Küche die alle benutzen konnten und in meinem Zimmer gab es auch eine Mikrowelle, wobei ich weder Küche noch Mikrowelle verwendet habe.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war weniger als minimalistisch. Es gab weder Schrank, noch Spiegel, noch sonstiges. Nur Bett, Stuhl, Tisch, Ventilator und eine Mikrowelle (habe ich nicht benutzt). Das Zimmer selbst war nicht sehr sauber, das Bad war relativ dreckig und hat nach Zigaretten gerochen was wahrscheinlich durch eine Gästin im Nachbarzimmer war. Die Wände waren relativ dreckig, die Bettwäsche war staubig, das Fenster war ebenfalls dreckig und die Heizung war zwar auf Stufe 5 aber nicht mal lauwarm.

Współlokatorzy z pokoju obok non stop robili hałas przez całą noc i palili papierosy, śmierdziało w całym mieszkaniu. Jak zgłosiłam to do właściciela, to nie otrzymałam żadnej odpowiedzi, więc męczyliśmy się przez cały wyjazd. W pokoju nie ma wieszaka, więc przez cały wyjazd dla dwóch osób mieliśmy do dyspozycji jedno krzesło do odłożenia rzeczy. Na wejściu do mieszkania była rozlana woda przez dwa dni, wielka kałuża. Cena zadziwiająco dobra jak na Wiedeń, ale wyjaśnia warunki. Uważam, że lepiej trochę dopłacić i czuć się bardziej komfortowo i bezpiecznie, ponieważ dzielnica też była podejrzana.
