​I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent stay at this hotel was so poor that I feel compelled to warn other travelers. For the price charged, the quality of both service and facilities was completely unacceptable.
​1. Unprofessional Service Attitude
​From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest. The front desk personnel were cold, dismissive, and lacked any sense of hospitality. When I approached them with a simple question regarding local transport, I was met with eye-rolls and a "check the website" response. It is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this team.
​2. Abysmal Bathroom Facilities
​The state of the guest room bathroom was the biggest disappointment. The shower was practically unusable:
​Water Pressure: The water flow was nothing more than a weak trickle, making it impossible to rinse off properly.
​Temperature Control: The water temperature fluctuated wildly between freezing cold and scalding hot within seconds, which is a genuine safety concern.
​Maintenance: There was visible mold in the grout of the tiles, and the drain was partially clogged, leading to a pool of water at my feet after just two minutes.
​Conclusion
​A hotel should provide a place of comfort and courtesy, but this establishment failed on both counts. Between the rude staff and the broken shower facilities, I had a miserable stay. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your accommodation.

Stayed the night before flight home
Pros:

Only stayed here for 1 night at the end of my Thailand trip. For the purpose of needing to stay the night for an early morning flight home, it did the job. Staff was super nice, spoke great English, and gave good tips for the area. The bed wasn't the comfiest, the shower wasn't cleaned thoroughly, but we made it work. The room was stuffy when we arrived, so we left our keycard on to keep the a/c going otherwise, the room would smell and stay hot. Walls are definitely thin, but thankfully, I was out until bedtime and passed out. They provide robes, slippers and disposable earplugs. Hotel likes nice on the outside and despite being in proximity to the airport, I love the neighborhood with great cocktail bars and local shops for last-minute souvenirs.

Cons:

Bed wasn't the comfiest. The shower was not cleaned well. Walls are thin, I am mostly a light sleeper, and people were having loud conversations in their rooms at 3 am.
