Pros:

La terraza con las piscinas. Y Nayive La chica que atiende en el bar es súper atenta y amable.

Cons:

La mujer que atiende en la recepción. Una tal Jess. Muy poco amable. No nos explico bien las cosas. De mal humor.

Pros:

Modern rooms in a colourful traditional setting, in a 'regular' neighborhood away from the touristy bustle of Guatape.
Lovely pool area with nice views on the roof and lovely, helpful staff

Cons:

Hot water was a little sporadic,, but the shower was good
