Pros:

The moment the hotel staff come to know that we did the booking from booking.com they did not even reply to us. Support engineer kept us on hold for 3 to 4 hours and they do not have no clue what is going on..

Cons:

This is story I would like to share with ours and make aware what booking.com is capable of..
