Recensione: esperienza deludente, servizio non conforme e mancata assistenza

Ho prenotato questa struttura con fiducia, basandomi su quanto promesso nella descrizione e confermato al momento della prenotazione. Purtroppo, la realtà che mi sono trovata davanti è stata ben diversa.

Al mio arrivo, la stanza assegnata era in condizioni inaccettabili: bagno sporco, WC e sanitari in pessime condizioni igieniche, pavimento non pulito e – cosa per me fondamentale – la cucina promessa era completamente assente. Tutto questo ha causato disagio a me e ai miei figli, rovinando una vacanza che avrebbe dovuto essere serena e ben organizzata.

Ho immediatamente segnalato i problemi al proprietario, il quale inizialmente si è detto dispiaciuto e si era addirittura offerto di farmi tornare nella struttura, insieme ai miei figli, a proprie spese per "rimediare all'errore". Purtroppo, dopo questo primo contatto, il proprietario non ha più risposto ai miei messaggi. Questo silenzio ha peggiorato ulteriormente la nostra esperienza, lasciandoci non solo delusi, ma anche senza alcuna assistenza.

Mi dispiace sinceramente dover scrivere questa recensione, ma credo sia doveroso segnalare quanto accaduto per correttezza verso altri viaggiatori. Spero che in futuro vengano garantiti standard di pulizia adeguati, chiarezza nella comunicazione e, soprattutto, rispetto per gli ospiti.
