La habitación muy confortable y espaciosa. Tomamos la opción con desayuno y era bastante bueno, con todo lo necesario para salir a hacer hermosas caminatas.

Desayuno excelente. La ubicación es complicada sobre todo para los que están con maleta grande, ya que todo es empedrado, pero si contactan al hotel los ayuda rapido

Pros:

El hotel era precioso, la ubicación genial a un paso de la plaza. Pero sobre todo una atención excelente, siempre dispuestos a resolver cualquier problema. Desayuno potente para luego hacer turismo.

Hotel acogedor
Pros:

El hotel es acogedor y muy bonito, algunas habitaciones tenian vista a las ruinas.

Cons:

No vayan con maleta grande, si bien esta cerca a la plaza, hay q caminar unos 450mt con una maleta grande es un poco dificil, dberian tener a alguien con un cochecito como vi en otros hoteles q tenian.

Stunning views from room
Pros:

So much to like:

- great location away from the main square but only a few minutes walk
- stunning view of Pinkuylluna from our bedroom
- good breakfast
- friendly staff
- comfortable bed
- extra blankets available on request (it’s in the mountains and gets chilly everywhere in the evening)
- nice hot shower

Cons:

- Sound does travel a little in the house especially if other guests are not aware of their surroundings
- can be chilly as no heating but that seems to be everywhere in sacred valley

ホストの気遣いがとても良く、早い時間に出発する時も朝ごはんを袋に入れて持たせてくれたり、トラブルがあった際は細かいところまで対応してくれました。ホストの人柄に感動しました。また戻りたいです。

Cons:

ホテルのご近所さんが人を噛む犬を飼っていて、ホテルに泊まっていた人がホテルの入口近くでその犬に噛まれた時、ご近所さんとのトラブルを避けるため正式に訴えを起こさなかったことに少しがっかりしました。これによって発生したお金などの負担は全てカバーしてくれたものの、プランが崩れて精神的にも肉体的にも疲れました。

Acogedor, limpio y muy buena relación precio/calidad. Volvería
Pros:

El lugar realmente es súper acogedor, muy cálido y es realmente muy bonito para la oferta de la zona. La cama, las sábanas, limpias y suaves. Dormimos muy bien y Janet se esmeró mucho por atendernos de la mejor forma. Nos esperó hasta las 1.30hrs para ingresar y nos hizo un lunch box con sándwiches muy ricos y más cosas porque salíamos a las 4.0hrs. De verdad muy recomendado y nos encantaría volver para disfrutar más del hotel.

Que hay que subir escaleras y caminar un poquito para llegar.
