Lower your expectations when you see the apartment.
Pros:

Location is great. There is underground walk way to the metro station. The staffs from sky 19 are super nice and helpful.

Cons:

The room was quite small, difficult to open up the big suite without blocking the way, the floor was uneven, It's clear the landlord has no intention of maintaining the apartment's condition; the paint is peeling and cracked. The kitchen didn't have a microwave. It looked quite different from the photos on the website.

Cons:

部屋の洗濯機に期待してたのですが乾かなくて残念でした。共用のランドリーを使わせてもらい事なきを得ましたが、あまり気持ちの良い対応はしていただけませんでした。
他は良かったし期待通りでしたが、となるとちょっと高かったなと感じてしまいました。

Pros:

Only the location and the coffee shop call Louisa Cafe downstairs.

Cons:

The check in staff were downright rude. We had written for a day room and it was told to us that they will try but the staff there didn't even want to converse.
The room are so badly devised. One bedroom has no windows. and both bedrooms have a glass panel that if any one switches on a light the whole room will see the light.
The beds were really uncomfortable.
Maintenance and cleanliness was tolerable
The entrance and the building gives not no feeling for comfort.
In all not at all a good choice.

地理位置很方便，設備齊全
Pros:

對面就是台北火車站，地理位置很方便，樓下就能望到地下街入口，在地下街行一小段路就到捷運站入口；樓層高，白天晚上景觀也非常好；設備也很齊全。

Cons:

民宿環境有點舊了，牆身及地下本來就已經有污跡；廳燈有點昏暗，晚上在廳坐光線不足；住6晚只有1次清潔服務有點少；3間房間有1間沒有衣櫃掛衣服。

It's a good place for a group of friends.
Pros:

This apartment is in a big apartment building, our room is big and has a nice living area for all of us to hang around in. The facilities is cleaned and ready for us to settle in. The access is super easy with some walk to the Taipei Main Station. It's a great place for a group of friend.

Cons:

Towel changing is a bit of a hassle where we had to bring towel in order to change. For a long stay, I'd suggest the hotel to give several towels per person to minimize this hassle.

We stayed in 13-2 and enjoyed the 3 separate rooms which allowed the kids to sleep in if needed.
Pros:

Air condition, air condition and Air condition! This is part of Sky 19 Hotel and all the towels, beds and beddings were supplied by the hotel and they were all clean! We stayed for 3 weeks (July) in this place and it was very comfortable with the AC. I enjoyed the firm bed but my husband thought it was too firm.

Cons:

Provide a pan for cooking. The cooking area had stains on the backsplash and it it would be nice to clean that area. The dehumidifier needs to be cleaned and emptied daily. The only windows are in the sitting area. Hang drying clothes will take 2 days to dry after drying for 3 hours in the machine. The AC in the 3rd room behind the kitchenette did not work well. The window and ledges should be cleaned. While cooking, I felt invisible small insects but I could not see them. Be sure to buy a good bug bite ointment.
