The Ramp has good potential, especially with its location and friendly staff
Pros:

The Ramp has a great location, and the staff provide very good service. A special mention to Kavithra, who was extremely helpful, attentive, and made our stay more pleasant.

Cons:

The dining area is something that could be significantly improved. One of the main issues is the distance between the kitchen and the dining area. Since the food has to be brought from outside and carried up the stairs, it takes quite a lot of time for the food to reach the table, which affects the overall dining experience. I would strongly recommend that the owner consider renovating and redesigning the dining and kitchen facilities, ideally by having a proper kitchen on the same floor as the dining area. This would improve efficiency, reduce waiting times, and provide a much better experience for guests.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

The room was very clean, the bedsheets were crisp and bright white. The staff were friendly and cheerful. The breakfast was the best we have had in Sri Lanka, everything you would need and more. The location is also great. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Good short stay . The staff made us a huge packed lunch for the train to Ella and the rooms were lovely

Pros:

Het heeft een leuke sfeer. Vooral buitenkant is mooi. Binnen is ook leuk met een openhaard.

Cons:

Echter waren er vochtschade. In het openhaard druppelt ook water. Door de vochtschade is er ook een lichte geur te merken.

Πολυ ευγενικο προσωπικο, πολυ ωραία δωμάτια σε κοντινη αποσταση απο το κεντρο. Ο κυριος στη ρεσεψιον ηταν εξυπηρετικος με τις μεταφορες μας στο σταθμο του τρενου και μας εδωσε ολες τις λεπτομερειες για την αναχωρηση του τρενου που μας ενδιεφερε. Την μερα του check out μας ετοιμασαν breakfast box γιατι ειχαμε πρωινη αναχωρηση. Το συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα!
