Over all it’s good place
Pros:

Nice place for short stay, room and toilet were clean. Breakfast was good served by Kavitra she is such a nice lady she did her best to serve us a breakfast.

Pros:

Ranjith, de receptionist was uiterst behulpzaam. Hij was zeer gastvrij! Had veel kennis van de omgeving . Ontbijt was heerlijk en Ranjith verzorgde zelfs een lekker ontbijtje om mee te nemen in de trein . Heel breed bed , we raakten elkaar bijna kwijt 😃

Pros:

The hotel is situated near the center of Nuwara eliya. The room had a beautiful view over the mountains, was very clean and had a big bathroom. Breakfast was very good (a lot of things such as fruits, eggs, yoghurt, cake,...). Kavithra (staff) was very friendly and helpful. We liked our stay at The Ramp very much.

Pros:

Ranjith was of excellent help to us. Whenever we had a problem he was always there to help us. When we moved rooms he moved all of our stuff and whenever we had a request he always completed and did it quickly. He was also very friendly to us. Would recommend staying here, the staff were beyond friendly.

Fantastic hotel with a beautiful room view. The room was clean and comfortable, and the washroom was excellent. The breakfast was good with a nice selection. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is convenient, close to the town, making it easy to get around.

TV is not work, Children are expecting it. please add some extra pillows to the bed.

Pros:

Todo estaba impecable y preparado. Ranjith fue super amable y atento en todo lo que necesitamos. Lo recomiendo 100%. Es un lugar agradable y cuidado en cada detalle. La ducha perfecta, la cama comodisima y el desayuno contundente y muy variado.

Esperienza buona per una notte
Pros:

L’accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale, in particolare di Raji che ci ha assistito durante tutto il soggiorno. La mattina che siamo partiti, prima della colazione, si è premurato di prepararla al sacco in modo che la potessimo fare durante il viaggio.
Ci ha aiutato in tutto anche per le escursioni assecondando tutte le richieste da noi fatte.

Cons:

La struttura è piuttosto spartana, le camere sono fredde, al bagno manca la finestra e praticamente è impossibile fare la doccia con 14 gradi. Internet in pratica non funziona.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Mr. Ranjith is very kind and assisted us a lot during our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the Sri Lankan breakfast. Everything was excellent. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel

Goed hotel wanneer je op doorreis bent.
Pros:

De bedden waren super chill. Lekker zacht en heerlijk geslapen. Kleinschalig hotel op loopafstand van het centrum.

In de avond een kikker gezang.

De douche was ook erg prettig. Een lekkere, fijne regendouche.

Kavithra deed erg haar best om ons een prettig verblijf te bezorgen!

Cons:

Niet echt iets noemenswaardig.
