Pros:

Love the area and restaurant was handy for breakfast.

Cons:

The futon as a couch. It's uncomfortable for retirees. Sits too low on the floor. Great for kids. Not adults. Other than that loved the room and amenities.

I would say it's fine for a value stay, but the unsavory residents and issues say look elsewhere.

The unit itself was suitable for our type of trip.

Cons:

Upon arrival, there were 3 police cruisers there. Later there was someone of unsavory aesthetic on the curb with all their belongings. The place is populated with umm, let's just say not vacationers. The first night there were a couple different incidents on the property, one maniac screaming in the parking lot and also sirens on the property. Not sure it if was related. One of the TVs didn't work properly. There is no ventilation in the bathroom so it's like a sauna and there is no mixing valve on the shower so it's nearly impossible to control the temp. The shower doesn't drain properly and the head is at about 5'6". There were cleanliness issues like hair on the murphy bed and bathroom wasn't up to par. If I was with my wife rather than my son, we'd have moved elsewhere.

We still had a great time as we made the best of it. No shower for 2 days sucked.
Pros:

The property was right on the beach which was beautiful.

Cons:

We had no hot water, cable tv or internet. Only half a burner worked on the stove top it was very difficult to cook.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay, the only thing that we had a problem with was one of the door's batteries was died and it would unlock and we had to take the back off the toilet every time we flushed it so the water would fill back up, but other than that it was a great mini vacation.

Cons:

I didn't care too much for the parking. It was a little tight.

Pros:

The studio was clean and spacious, the kitchen has almost everything needed to cook your own food, two TVs is a plus as well. Location is great, and it's pretty quiet at night. Looks like the owner tried to guess all guests needs when equipping the studio. She was also very kind to allow us to check in a little earlier because we have a baby.

Cons:

Beds are not comfortable: one is too high and short, another creaks like crazy with every movement, the couch is not comfortable too. The bathroom does not have ventilation at all (except the small window with no fan). Outside lights are very bright at night so blackout curtains would be a great addition since the current ones can't darken the room properly.
In the other hand, I was upset with such high cleaning fee and early check-out: 10 am is way to early in my opinion.

Excellent location on the beach
Pros:

We prepare our own breakfast with food the we bougt at alocal grocery, using the equipment available in the appartment. The location by the beach was excellent regardless of the construction of the sea wall at the back to repair the damage caused by a prevoious hurricane. There was a beautiful pool that we alo used,

Cons:

Need to receive instruction ahead of time on the use of the door keypad, wevhad to call the owner to learn how. Also instruction on how to used the coffe machine, it took us a long time of trial and error to get the coffee brewing.

The pictures made the area look much bigger than it is. The fact the door from the Murphy bed fell off as soon as we opened it.

Came for bike week enjoyed my stay

Great location easy walk to Main Street Daytona
Cost Studio unit with all that you need for a comfortable stay. Large fridge to store plenty of drinks
Easy communication with Host quick responses
Pool and laundry are available
Nice choice of coffee
On-site parking
And right on the beach
Plenty of eating options close by
