Value for money and exceptional service
Pros:

I had issues with my arrival time. Staff were responsive and helpful. Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful and I enjoyed the local breakfast. They twice helped me order a taxi at a good rate.

It was all good.

Beautifully designed hotel with welcoming staff in central Cali.
Pros:

Sparkling clean and beautifully designed rooms. The staff are a highlight. Welcoming and friendly. Centrally located for Cali sightseeing.

Cons:

On a busy main road. The front rooms are noisy during peak traffic but tails off at night, so doesn’t disturb sleeping.
