Our stay at Zamu Beach Hotel was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional staff made us feel welcomed and valued. Their warmth, professionalism, and thoughtful gestures added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience—they genuinely went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
The rooms were impressively spacious and immaculately clean, offering a calm and cozy retreat. While the furnishings were minimal, everything was thoughtfully arranged to create a comfortable atmosphere perfect for unwinding.
Zamu Beach Hotel effortlessly combines simplicity, cleanliness, and heartfelt hospitality. It gave us exactly what we needed for a refreshing and stress-free vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

That place should not even be on booking.com. The place is overrated and nothing there deserves the rating it has on booking.com. Everything there was extremely bad. We felt scammed of our hard saved e. Bad location,filthy beach , squashed place, bushy dirty entrance, very low class property more of a Hostel instead of Hotel. Bad location not even a restaurant. Noisy throughout the day and night.Very close next door neighbors who are villagers , location forever noisy. The facility was under construction as if we were not hosted. We found ourselves being on a constant side running all day and night. We were not respected by the host even upon several unpleasant submissions, staff are young girls who clearly know anything about hospitality and guest care. Horrible breakfast nothing tasty, hard to get dinner - in 2 occasions we were served at 10 pm when we had ordered just after 6. Everything was bad as they had nothing of what was listed on the menu. We had been lied to that we will be moved to a 2nd hotel on the named ZAMU BOUTIQUE HOTEL to spend 3 remaining nights of the 6 nights we had booked which 1st 3 day was a horror movie instead of the vacation we had planned and paid for. The host of ZAMU BOUTIQUE HOTEL WAS VERY RUDE TO US AND LIED TO US WHEN HAVING TO MOVE US AS COMMUNICATED UPON OUR BOOKING. Firstly she had first said she was the owner and manager of ZAMU BEACH HOTEL,then she later changed to not being a manager nor owner rather just a booking.com manager when we complained over the phone from day one. She chose to ignore calls and messages till the day she responded to say the ZAMU BOUTIQUE HOTEL was not ready to host guest
She told us we could go to the place but there isn't much that she could do cause the place isn't ready. We were forced to sleep at the pig place that was advertised as a hotel and overated.

The hotel facility is very clean and very well maintained. The beach and the water are fantastic to walking around.The restaurant was very comfortable and inviting. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff was very nice and friendly.

We love staying in this hotel, i booked with my boyfriend as we both love exploring nature and for that, this hotel is perfect. Its location gives you an opportunity to see the best from the island. The rooms are very nice and I also enjoyed the cuisine.The food menu is very reasonable prices!

First time in Zanzibar and very happy, wanted to stay somewhere beautiful and Not super high price so we choosed Zamu beach hotel. Stunning place with lovely team. Food was amazing , a room was clean all the time and we loved the pool area.

The breakfast was delicious. The room was amazing, great view and the bed was really comfortable. The staff, drinks and food was nice. We got an excellent price with half broad during Check inn

Absolutely amazing time at Zamu Beach Hotel. The staff were wonderful, friendly & so welcoming. They went over and above for us. The food was amazing . The rooms were spacious & comfortable. Pool was warm & bar service was wonderful. Highly recommend this place!

Zamu Hotel is very clean and their rooms smell very hygienic .The staff were very helpful. The prices for foods it was worthy.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Air conditioning worked perfectly, and nightly bed-turning service with bug spray was appreciated.
