My stay was excellent. Short walk to carrera 70

The room were very clean and spacious.

Cons:

My first room didn’t have windows but I managed to change room in one day

Overall a good stay in Laureles
Pros:

Good stay in Laureles, clean and spacious room with all essentials required. The neighbour in my opinion is the best where to stay in Medellin, filled with restaurants and cafes mostly frequented by locals or expacts but less touristy and messy than El Plobado

Staff was friendly and professional throughout the stay.

Breakfast was decent, not many variants but acceptable.

I had an issue with noise in one of the rooms with patio which is on the main street and it become almost impossible to sleep especially morning after 5.00AM when traffic restarts.

You can feel any car / moto going back and forth like they are inside the room

I complained with reception and they quickly and kindly changed it to another room which unfortunately did not have windows or patio - but at least I could sleep at night

Overall I appreciated their quick assistance, but they need to consider getting double glazed windows especially for this particular room with patio as it is not possible to sleep

Cons:

Noise (first room with patio) made my first night a nightmare

Pros:

La cercanía del lugar . Cerca de restaurantes y bares y la estación del metro.

Cons:

Que la habitación no tenía ventanas y yo soy claustrofobica. Pero como casi no estuve en el hotel no me afecto mucho.

room has no window, the light was strong neon, tiring, room was like a garage, didn't like it at all.
pictures on booking were not relevant as we didn't realize reality, only when we check in it was evident about room condition

Good location, quiet.

Cons:

As 2 couples, we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, but there is a large opening between the 2 bedrooms, which is not great for privavcy.

Would never stay there again
Pros:

Staff was great and very friendly a d helpful. Great location. Fridge was a good size.

Cons:

The walls are paper thin. You hear everything your neighbor is doing. My light outside in hall never went out at night as the others and went right into my room. Not sure who was on top of me but their kids were stomping early morning and late at night.
