Overall a very enjoyable experience, especially because of the staff we dealt with at the reception.
Pros:

Staff very courteous and helpful. Excellent location for what we needed. Very good breakfast. Transport to the airport arranged with no incidents very early in the morning.

Cons:

The room has no refrigerator and no phone. Very late at night you can hear rowdy, noisy tourists in the street (certainly no one's fault at the hotel).

Příjemný personál, čisto, sleva do jejich pizzerie.

Cons:

Za noční hluk na ulicích ve středu Prahy nikdo nemůže samozřejmě. Ale hluk ostatních hostů na chodbách hotelu v nočních hodinách a v pět ráno rány ozývající se rovněž z chodby hotelu. Chybí tam noční recepce a nebo aspoň nějaký dozor, aby nedocházelo k hluku a hosté mohli spát.

Relacion precio calidad muy buena.
Pros:

La ubicacion excelente!

Cons:

No hay ascensor y con maletas la escalera es complicada.
Eramos 3 y para acceder a la 3 cama en un entrepiso habia una escalera muy incomoda

Pros:

Location of the hotel is great. Our room was ready when we came to hotel even befpre check-in time and was very clean. There were enough different fppd at breakfast for every member pf our family.

Pros:

Great location - the restaurant downstairs was lovely! Our apartment was clean and comfortable - the added air con was nice, especially as it was super warm outside!
All staff that we saw, were really friendly and helpful.

Emplacement parfait au cœur de la vieille ville. Lit très spacieux et confortables.personnel très sympathique et serviable. Établissement propre.

Chambre au 3eme étage sans ascenseur
Petit déjeuner limite à 1 café et 1 seul jus et pas très copieux ni varié
