Pleasant and good location, but beware the stairs as well as loud drunkards and bright windows at night

Fresh sheets and towels every day. Individual AC unit that could be controlled.

Cons:

It’s on a somewhat busy street, so there are some hooligans making noise outside at night, and the windows aren’t soundproof at all. The windows also have blinds that don’t block a lot of light, so the rooms can be somewhat bright all night long. Additionally, the stairs were brutal. I injured my knee due to them and put the rest of my trip at jeopardy

Struttura consigliatissima!!
Pros:

Struttura vicinissimo al centro, praticamente dietro la piazza dell’orologio astronomico e comoda per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse della città.
Facilmente raggiungibile anche dall’aeroporto.
Altra nota di assoluto merito riguarda il personale: tutti molto disponibili a dare informazioni e indicazioni, accoglienza al top.

Super Lage, aber schlechter Service, Abzocke!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, man kommt überall fussläufig hin.

Cons:

Dadurch das es sehr zentral ist, ist es auch sehr laut nachts. Trotz geschlossenem Fenster hört man alles und jeden. Wir waren im dazu gehörigen Restaurant essen, dort war man sehr unfreundlich. Zum Frühstück bekommt man eine Liste vorgelegt, da darf man sich EIN Gericht aussuchen, was deutlich zu wenig ist. Zwei Gerichte sind nicht erlaubt. Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Der Kellner hat auch telefoniert mit seinen InEars während er uns bediente. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend.

Por poner una pega, teníamos la habitacion en el ático y eran cuatro pisos sin ascensor.

Muy buena opción.
Pros:

La atención del personal en especial de NINA, la recepcionista, excelente atención, nos colaboró en todo lo que necesitábamos, lo mejor del hotel.
La ubicación es privilegiada, a pocos minutos caminando a todos lados.
La única incomodidad es que no cuenta con ascensor y hay que subir las valijas por la escalera en forma similar a caracol con lo cual los escalones se vuelven muy angostos. Es para tenerlo muy en cuenta.
Por el resto todo muy bien. Incluyen hervidor de agua caliente.
Lo volvería a elegir.
