Das Hotel war sauber, das Frühstück super und die Lage perfekt, um Giza zu fuss zu erkunden. Nah zu den Pyramiden, ca. 20 min mit dem Taxi ins Zentrum von Kairo.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das schönste ist, man kann das Frühstück mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Pyramiden zu sich nehmen.

Cons:

The site said gluten free breakfast option possible at request, which I asked for in the booking, but no one knew what gluten free meant when I was actually there and it was challenging to communicate with the staff as they didn’t know much English.

L hotel est assez des pyramides mais pas trop ce qui permet d avoir quand meme du calme. Le roof top est tres sympa. Personnel tres gentil . La chambre était propre

إقامة لطيفة
Pros:

المكان نظيف قريب و هادئ، الإطلالة من التيراس حلوة، و المشرفين على المكان محترمين و طيبين و خاصة محمد شخص في قمة اللّطف والأخلاق.
و لأسباب خاصة تركت حقائبي في آمانات الأوتيل، و بعدين أخذتها و كان كل شي في منتهى الأمان .
أنا سأرجع مرّة أخرى 😄

¡Simplemente espectacular! Ya me he alojado en el Muse Pyramids Lodge y puedo confirmar que es mi lugar favorito en El Cairo.

La vista de las pirámides es, sin exagerar, la mejor que se puede tener. Despertar y ver las pirámides allí mismo es una experiencia mágica,

Pero no se trata solo de la ubicación. El hotel es moderno, impecablemente limpio, y la decoración es preciosa y de buen gusto. Se nota la atención al detalle.

El personal siempre es amable y atento.

No tengo ninguna duda: ¡me alojaré aquí de nuevo sin dudarlo! Sin duda, volveré.

الفراش نظيف جدا جدا واليض ناصع
الموظفون جميعهم دون استثناء واشكرا فرد فردا
التعاون والامانة وحسن الاستقبال والضيافة
كل شي كان يفوق توقعاتي

انا استغرب من بوكنج حجزت غرفة ديلوكس مزدوجة لشخصين وعند وصولي للفندق اتفاجأ على حسب كلام موظف الاستقبال انك حجزت فقط لشخص واحد وان بوكنج رسل لنا ذلك ولكنني اريتهم حجزي وقالوا فعلا لشخصين ولكن الخطا من بوكنج
عندها قالوا سوف نعطيك غرفة ولكن بسعر اكبر واخذتها
فقط سؤالي ما ذنبي انا ان ادفع مبلغ اكبر
ولكن وللامانة الفندق نظيف جدا جدا والموظفين جميعهم طيبين وخلوقين ومتعاونيين جدا كلهم دون استثناء

房間舒適但工作人員英文程度不佳，溝通起來很費力，吃個早餐簡直吃法國餐一樣等超久！讓人生氣！除了金字塔外這裡沒有其他的了。
Pros:

1.房間的視角可以看到金字塔（但冷氣很吵，冰箱也很吵，如果要開就得戴耳塞才能入睡，有點麻煩）
2.老闆們是個幽默的人但開玩笑很沒有限度，會動手動腳的。
3.走出去就是超市可以買東西，很方便。
優點就是房間算很新。但吉薩是個無聊的地方，其實從開羅一天Tour都夠玩了！
這裡只有金字塔跟大埃及博物館，沒有其他了
如果你是想逛開羅的人務必住開羅，吉薩不適合，這裡沒有任何可以玩的景點。

Cons:

1.房間裡面沒有椅子，得坐在衣櫥上..
2.有兩個年輕的櫃台接待員欠缺訓練，英文不是很懂，常常都要使用翻譯機溝通很麻煩！如果用信用卡付費還得多加3%刷卡費，要小心，這點不太合理，booking是寫多少錢我就是付多少，沒有什麼還得付刷卡手續費這種事情！
3.有附早餐，但吃個早餐得等30分鐘起跳😫，我不懂為什麼明明沒幾個客人甚至只有我，但是早餐卻要等非常之久，真的很讓人惱火，而且準備早餐的人完全不會一句英語.....很瞎！所以每次溝通等要很辛苦，主要要等非常久，如果你是吃完早餐要趕行程的人，你會來不及，準備早餐的傢伙很糟糕，好不容易早餐來了，結果等一杯茶又要再度等30分.......😡 1 minutes = 30 minutes
4.看到客房清潔人員跟她說要打掃，她說好好好，結果等到她下班為止也沒來幫我掃，後來我只能到樓下跟他們老闆反應，因為房間很髒，很多天沒有清理了，在埃及務必只在你在房間時才讓清潔員進去，確保你有價值的東西安全。
5.吉薩這裡去到開羅其實很遠（而且很塞車），每天來回要兩個小時，但其實吉薩除了金字塔，沒有什麼其他的了，所以建議住開羅更好，省去每天昂貴的打車費用跟耗費時間。
6.定位很難找到住宿，還得定位隔壁Rizk pyramid view 這家民宿，否則找不到這裡，民宿也未留電話。
7.如果你趕時間早餐你就別想了，絕對等到你來不及！氣死！
8.櫃台都是男的，對於異性不太有界線，甚至一個男櫃台服務員還直接摸我的腰！真是噁心！這樣都已經是性騷擾了！
9.退房時間是12點，結果11點的時候一個男櫃台就叫我準備退房了！這名櫃台從頭到尾態度都非常討厭！打低分也是因為他的關係。
10給予極低的分數，因為酒店的員工素質真的太差，而且不應該随便觸碰女性客人！這點教育都沒有教好，真的很失敗。裡面兩個捲毛櫃台小夥對異性實在沒有分寸！
