The dirtiest and worst room I’ve ever stayed in my life.
Pros:

Location is good. Close to the airport and with private access to the beach.

Cons:

They helped us with an early check-in. The room was still being cleaned; it smelled, and there were roaches on the floor. We went down to the beach while they finished the cleaning and returned about 5 hours later.
The room was dirty; you could feel it when walking barefoot. There was no water in one of the bathrooms, and when they came to “fix” it, the water heater started leaching. Their solution was to put the trash can under it and call it a day. It was overflowing in 5 minutes. The water in the shower was brown, and I even got shocked while trying to close the water. I called reception again, and they just told me to stay away from the bathroom and never came back.

We were out of the hotel before 8 pm that same day and glad we didn’t have to sleep there.

The TV controls had no batteries, the couches had a lot of cigarette burns, and some power sockets were just the cover without any actual electrical installation behind.

Всё было замечательно,Besim нас встретил в аэропорту в 3 часа ночи, очень приятный и хороший человек,все вопросы решались быстро и с улыбкой, очень хорошая территория у отеля,приятные и хорошие работники,завтраки как и везде-голодным не будешь,цены в кафе на пляже очень приятные,бассейнов много и они все чистые и ухоженные,после заката солнца пляж превращается в сказку,там есть кафе называется басота типа фарши рекомендую посетить,пляж имеет свой понтон с отличными рифами,короче мне очень понравилось,Besim и команда молодцы, спасибо вам за прекрасные впечатления

Единственное что хромает это чистота в номере,но я надеюсь что это временно

Oasis Aqua Park - 2026 review
Pros:

It is close to airport, staff is friendly, hardly speak english, but still managable. We had direct view to the sea from the room. Room was big, we were only two, but we get a big room for 5 people with 3 separate rooms, 2 toilets, 2 balcony.

Cons:

The food(breakfast) was not as expected. The choise is little and vegetables was not fresh. Some sweets was ok but skipped main breakfast food.

Sokkal jobb is lehetne ez a hely, ha jobban odafigyelnének rá.

A partnerem nevèben írom, ő volt a vendèg. Ami tetszett: sétatávolságra van a parttól, ami gyönyörű! Szép korallokat látni ott! A manager nagyon aranyos, kedves. Jótanács: jó lenne, ha a manager úr jobban odafigyelne a személyzet munkájára, mert akkor talán jobban éreznèk magukat a vendégek és sokkal jobb vélemènyeket is kaphatnànak. Nem èlnek az adottságaikkal. Mintha félválról vennèk. A medence takarító srác nagyon aranyos és alapos munkát végez! A reggeliről nem tudok nyilatkozni, mert reggel 9-kor már el volt pakolva.

Cons:

A matrac jó volt ugyan, de az ágyrácsok szétcsúsztak. Lehetne tisztább a szoba. Folyt a wc. Ki kellett volna javítani, mire vendég érkezik. Nem árultak sört, lehetne alkoholvásárlási lehetőség gyalogtávolságra ott a környéken, sehol nincs egy bolt a környéken. A wifi csak a recepció 5 méteres körzetében működött.

One bad staff member can ruin your entire experience. I would never stay there again.
Pros:

Nice view from the balcony! One of the staff was very helpful after other staff members lied to me and said I couldn’t get a taxi from there to the bus station.

Cons:

Angry man at the front desk made me wish I had never came to Egypt. Stood over me, yelling that there was no taxis to the bus station , only to the airport so I had to book a private transfer at a very expensive rate and was delayed 3 hours leaving.

Great value for the price
Pros:

Best location by the sea, perfect for snorkeling and diving. Swimming possible in the clean pools with nice clear water.
The beach is good equipped, beach umbrellas, sunbeds, bar, restaurant and also great massage saloon. In the evening the beach turns to the most romantic place I ever saw ;)

Cons:

Kitchen had no dishes.

Très mauvaise expérience, à fuir.
Pros:

Le seul point positif est le personnel, notamment la personne qui m’a accompagnée jusqu’à la chambre, qui était très gentille et serviable.

Cons:

J’avais réservé sur Booking une chambre double avec vue sur la mer, mais à mon arrivée on m’a donné une première chambre sans aucune vue et très sale. Les toilettes et la douche étaient sales, avec une très mauvaise odeur. Cela se voyait clairement que la chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée.
Après ma réclamation, on me l’a changé. Elle était plus spacieuse et correspondait enfin à ma réservation, mais la propreté restait très mauvaise. Dans l’une des douches, il y avait du pipi par terre, les toilettes étaient sales et les coins de la chambre également. Même si c’était moins sale que la première chambre, on voyait encore une fois que le ménage n’avait pas été fait, avec surtout une très mauvaise odeur.
Pour l’hygiène et l’entretien, c’est vraiment inadmissible. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel
