قمت بالحجز عبر بوكنج ولما ذهبت كان المكان قذر جدا لا يصلح للاقامه فقمت بالغاء الحجز ولم استرد المبلغ

Posizione eccellente per la barriera corallina, spiaggia attrezzata, vista meravigliosa dalla terrazza, camera grande. Ci sono sia il bar sulla spiaggia, anche per un pranzo, sia il ristorante Basata.

El personal de recepción y su amabilidad lo mejor del hotel

Cons:

Habitación bastante sucia, solo una sábana bajera y una manta fina que no es suficiente, luces que parpadean del salón, paredes sucias y restos de otros clientes. desayuno difícil de elegir que comer. No recomendable.

Great for sharks bay but little else
Pros:

The free beach sunbeds and reef. Breakfast was good too as I'm vegetarian. Nice view from balcony.

Cons:

The list is long. The room was filthy. Everything was dirty. The double bed was broken, no slats and sagging. The room was full of mosquitoes. It was realistically one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. There does not seem to be any effort for maintenance and cleanliness.

Cons:

Hotel pessimo! Abbiamo trovato la camera sudicia, le pulci dei letti e delle blatte in bagno, ci hanno cambiato camera ed era altrettanto sucidia, inoltre dovendo andare in aereoporto abbiamo chiesto un taxi e ci ha accompagnato un tizio della struttura, abbiamo pagato 10€, arrivati in aereoporto ci ha lasciato fuori perchè non aveva la patente ed essendoci la polizia si è cagato sotto. Non abbiamo fatto colazione perchè vista la situazione era meglio evitare

Tesis genel olarak muhteşemdi. Fotoğraf ta göründüğünden çok çok çok daha güzeldi. Şehir merkezinde tutmamış olmamıza çok sevindik. Çünkü merkezdeki otellere de gidince baktık bizim otelin manzarası ve iç dizaynı inanılmaz ferah. Basata Cafe bu tesise ait. Aynı şekilde çok güzel biryer.

Cons:

Çalışanları çok ilgisiz. Havalimanı transferi dahil fiyat Ödemiş olmamıza ve gelmeden önce tesisle konuşmamıza rağmen göndermediler. Madur olduk. Gelmeden önce mesajlaştık tamam aracınız sizi havalimanında bekleyecek dediler kimse gelmemişti. Soğukta bekle bekle donduk. Kendi verdiğimiz taksi parasını isteyince de böyle Birşey mümkün olmayacağını söylediler. Yalandan bir affedersiniz diyip geçiştirdiler.

Zpátky nám domluvili taxi na letiště zdarma/v ceně bookingu.

Cons:

Ubytování neodepisovalo na zprávu z bookingu, že chceme přivést z letiště. Check in trval asi 20 minut. Celkově je resort dost zastaralý. Pokoj jsme měli relativně čistý. Klima bohužel netopila. Voda naštěstí tekla teplá. Byli jsme v březnu. Snídaně tragická.

Местоположение отличное, очень хороший пляж в безветренной бухте, вода в море теплее чем в нааме и хадабе. Большие номера, с хорошим видом на море. Ещё отличный ресторан Basata на пляже: красивые виды, очень аутентичный и хорошая кухня. На этом плюсы заканчиваются

Cons:

Уборки нет никакой и никогда, постельное белье между гостями как будто не меняется, даже мусорное ведро было полное от прошлых гостей. Ужасные, грязные и рваные шторы, находиться в номере было брезгливо.
