Location

Cons:

Apartment was not ready at 3pm (check in time). It was only ready by 5:15pm. I had to wait for 2 hours.
The cleaning of the apartment is very "on the surface" where the bathrooms had rusty items, on top of bed is very dusty, ... etc

Overall, for a cold winter holiday, the space heaters were huge hit for us, constant hot water amazi
Pros:

The area was amazing.I was impressed by the space heaters they provided considering it's winter in Egypt. That was a huge plus for us.They had an amazing movie night for Christmas weekend. We had an amazing view to the whole event. Proximity to the mall,Kidzania...this was a family dream stay come true. The safety was topnotch.I applaud the gate guards for doing thorough checks for people coming in and out. Nothing short of amazing indeed.

Cons:

The apartment was not very clean. The place is so wonderful but it would have been even better if they can move furniture around to clean spaces under. The floors need a good sweeping before mopping. The kitchen cooker requires a good scrub so that guests don't walk into an oily extractor and around the cooker. Also pull out the cooker and clean the spaces on the sides and around the cooker. Also,it would be nice if the Airbnb owner is Courteous e.g During check out, don't say "Have you checked out " and "This is a friendly reminder that your check out is at 11am" Also, Don't say "Have you left?" Say "This si to remind you that check out is at 11am. We hope you enjoyed your stay.Thank you"

İt's a really nice and comfortable house for resting and staying. Every conditions are perfect and really close to mall. İ liked it. İn the future i am going to choose this again. That is absolute.

Pros:

Great location. The size of the apartment is very generous. The property manager is extremely helpful. The compound security is great. The gym facilities and pool are very good. We had a great stay, and will definitely be back!

Cons:

The check in process and need for cash deposit was a bit tedious. Wifi is ok, not great.

Clean, beautiful view, secure compound, worth the stay with the affordable price too.
Pros:

The owner was fantastic and friendly, he was quick to answer the phone and waited for us to check in after a 4 hour delayed flight. We didn’t read the fine print stating that we had to pay 5000 EGP as a deposit so, had to make an emergency stop at the ATM to withdraw the money, it was returned in full.

Cons:

There was only one key card and set of keys for the front door.
