Pros:

Hemos ido 3 personas y la verdad, no hay mejor hotel en la zona, calidad precio insuperable, trabajadores atentos y resolutivos. Ragab se ha convertido en nuestro Habibi, una gran persona y muy atento con todo ( te queremos Ragab), si volvemos a Egipto sin duda nos hospedaremos de nuevo. La habitación es amplia, y limpia. La limpieza es bastante buena. La azotea tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Nos han dejado con un muy buen sabor de boca.

The reciption was helpful.
Electricity and water bathroom supply are very good.

The noise is extremely hight and there is no treatments To reduce.
The noise between and inside hotel corridors are extremely hight.
Food prices in the restaurant was higher than normal Compare to market price.
There's no elevator.
There's no phone service to keep in-touch with reciption - restaurant or laundry.
The wifi connection is poor.

Overall, a good experience, we had a nice stay! I’d recommend it!
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The price was great, the room was clean, and the location was okay.

Cons:

‏The only issue was that the hotel name on site was different from the one on Booking.com, which made it a bit hard to find at first. It also took us some time to make sure it was the same hotel we had booked

Overall a bad location because of the noise and room's quality.
Pros:

Really close to piramids but you still need to use a taxi to reach the main gate that is far away from the hotel.

Great fresh juice.

Cons:

There was a massive noise from the street, and sleeping was very hard.
Many things are broken, including one bed—very old and bad quality bed linen. Overall, the quality of the room was horrible.

The personnel try to push you to rent a private driver for the entire day, 10 times more expensive than an Uber. We used Uber and spend $10 for a full day.

Pros:

Safe, comfortable and decent rooms. Breakfast and the view was 10/10.
