Un séjour chaleureux et authentique, à condition d’être bien préparé pour l’hiver et le calme.
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse de l’hôte et de la femme de ménage Khadija, toujours disponibles et attentionnés. La communication en anglais et via WhatsApp était fluide. Le petit-déjeuner, bien que le même chaque jour, était très bon et servi rapidement après un simple message. On entre et sort facilement grâce à sa clé personnelle. Le riad est aussi très bien situé : en moins de cinq minutes à pied, on accède aux routes principales et aux transports (bus, taxis, tramway).

Cons:

En hiver (fin décembre–janvier), le riad est très froid à cause du carrelage au sol et aux murs, il faut donc bien se couvrir. Le Wi-Fi était présent mais faible dans ma chambre, et le réseau mobile quasi inexistant à l’intérieur. Étant dans la médina, l’accès en voiture n’est pas possible, et ma chambre près de l’entrée était parfois bruyante (prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles). Quelques étagères supplémentaires pour le rangement et un balai pour la chambre seraient génial.

The location is exactly in the heart of the Medina, perfect if you want to visit the souq and the hassan II tower.
Also, the staff was nice and they tried to accommodate us as they could.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room wasn’t how they showed it in the pictures. There is mold all over the room and the bathroom isn’t in a separate room but there is like a plexiglass wall. The bathroom door doesn’t have a lock.

Volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.
Pros:

Quiero dejar una recomendación muy especial para este hotel porque nuestra experiencia fue realmente excelente. Viajé con mi esposo y desde nuestra llegada el personal fue muy amable y atento; en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros y nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos.

La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia, cómoda y con todo lo necesario para descansar tranquilamente. Se nota el cuidado y la dedicación en cada detalle.

El desayuno también fue bueno, un ambiente agradable para empezar el día. Todo el servicio fue siempre cordial y profesional.

Como mexicana que viajaba desde lejos, debo decir que la atención fue excepcional. La hospitalidad hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial.

Sin duda recomendamos este hotel y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Muchas gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia tan agradable!

Rispetto alla qualita era un po caro, circa 50 euro a notte, ma l'ho prenotato quindici giorni prima di partire. La posizione e ottima, nella medina, il posto pulito. Il ragazzo che lo gestisce e gentilissimo e disponibile, vi accogliera con un buon te marocchino! Cerchera al meglio di soddisfare le vostre necessita e vi consigliera ottimi ristoranti locali.

Pros:

RAS, vraiment un plan de secours en dernier recours surtout en hiver. Sinon le receptioniste est souriant et avenant, est ce suffisant je ne sais pas pour le prix.

Cons:

La chambre est froide, non isolée, des portes qui laissent tout passer. Entre la chambre d'eau et le lit juste une cloison en plastique, laissant passer un odeur je ne vous dis pas... Pas d eau chaude, pomo de douche cassé, je ne me suis pas douché.
