Great location, lovely pool area with loads of sunbed. Pools was quiet until about midday. Food was really good
Ran out of gin and tonics for a few days - and not replenished whilst we stayed. One member of staff was not so friendly.
The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the dogs are very cute and gentle. The hotel is located in a quiet place close to the old city, so it's easy to experience more liveliness when you feel like it or just relax if you want to. It was my second time staying here, and I enjoyed it both times. I will probably stay here again the next time I visit Chiang Mai.
Sometimes bottled water was placed outside my room when I was not there. I think it would be better to leave a note for the guest or have the option to pick it up later because it would be left in the sun all day otherwise.

Nice ambience, cool decor, nice big room, and a small garden in front of our ground floor room (101) Nice fairprized restaurant at the end of the alley with amazing crispy pork, and one night a very talented musician
The saltwater pool was not clean, and there was no shower in the poolarea, so people just jumped in sweaty with sun lotion. I do not recommend to put your head under. Some of the afternoons quite noisy kids in the poolarea, but that is what it is. We rented bikes which was great for getting around. Free coffee in the lobby, and nice staff.

Beliggenheden er helt perfekt i gåafstand til den gamle bydel, men ikke alt for turistet.
Poolen er rigtig fin og der er en hyggelig, rustik atmosfære på stedet.

Deres wifi fungerede nærmest ikke i den ene ende af værelset. Det værste var, at man skulle logge på igen hver gang ens device havde været slukket.
Kloakken på badeværelset lugtede frygteligt og den eneste løsning, personalet havde var, at vi skulle lade udsugningen køre konstant - det fjernede ikke al lugten, men til gengæld larmede det.
Vinduerne er meget tynde, så der er helt utroligt lydt ift. støj udefra. Den ene morgen vågnede vi fordi der blev fejet med en kost udenfor!
Sengene er temmelig hårde og der er kun én fælles dyne til hver dobbeltseng.

Gor us the perfect location. Room was good and friendly staff.
I didn't expect that the pool is also used by the hostel connected to the hotel and people can also pay to use it. This makes it busier than we expected but everyone was friendly with people of all ages. No smoking policy at the pool area wasn't enforced l. All that said we would use again.
