Una experiencia hermosa e inolvidable
Pros:

El personal fue maravilloso! Las Hermanas muy cálidas, atentas, muy preocupadas porque no te falte nada.
Todo estaba impecable!

El lugar es maravilloso! Los jardines eran preciosos! Está ubicado en una colina hermosa al lado de la puerta principal del parque Ngorongoro.

En la recepción te ofrecen safaris excelentes y a buen precio.

Невероятное место! Настоящий действующий монастырь! Очень круто!
О ужин и завтрак были восхитительны! мы не успевали столько есть. столько заносили в зал новых блюд!
Обед оформляют в ланч боксы - очень удобно, чтобы поесть в Серенгетти.
Персонал - восхитительный! мы даже были на мессе и сделали несколько совместных фото

Cons:

Сан узел. Это женский монастырь и здесь, наверное, не хватает мужчин. Нужно починить слив в душе и в унитазе.

Good for location but expensive for what is offered.
Pros:

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds and courtyard are lovely. The location for access to Ngorongoro cannot be beaten.

Cons:

The food let everything down. Breakfast was simple but sparse with lack of choice. We had lunch boxes for our day out but the food was almost inedible with sandwiches that seemed days old, bits of old cooked chicken in foil and it all felt recycled. The dinners did not live up to the photos on booking.com and were overcooked and only partly enjoyable.

Un très bon rapport qualité-prix, à quelques minutes seulement de l'entrée pour aller faire des safari au cratère. Un repas délicieux et très copieux, de même pour notre petite déjeuner et pour la lunch-box pour le safari. Nous avons été très bien accueilli dans ce bel endroit très calme. Nous avons eu la possibilité de faire une visite de la ferme et des potagers du Monastère. Très belle expérience.

An oasis of calm and warm smiles
Pros:

The welcome was wonderful. Sr. Noella and all the sisters greeted us with warm smiles, and they were kind and courteous hosts. Johnson at reception was very accommodating with our request to chill our camping food.
The entire area was tranquil, and literally a stones throw from the Ngorongoro gate.

Truly impressed in happy about choosing this Hotel.
Pros:

The two sisters (Nuns) and the reception person were all superior. They helped us find a guide to go to the Ngorongoro park. Both sisters gave us tours and were especially accommodating. The meals were prepared veery well and the service was second to none. The road to the Monastery hotel was fairly short and well kept. The garden around the rooms was well kept. We have stayed in 700+ hotels over the years travelling for work and vacation and I will certainly always remember this Hotel stay as being a unique and pleasant stay. The value was phenomenal and they even prepared us a meal to go for the next day.

Cons:

The room was clean but very simple. It was great for 1 night, but might be a little small for an extended stay of 5 to 6 nights. We were there during slow season so there were no other guests to meet.

All was perfect and there isn't anything I could make up to criticise such like there was too much sand on the beach etc.
