Perfect base for an enjoyable 5 days in Gothenburg
Pros:

Bright and spacious apartment on the first floor of a large block in a very quiet location. Easy simple access via coded locks. Large kitchen diner with neat well equipped kitchen, big living room. Main bedroom very comfortable, lots of wardrobe space. Second bedroom a bit cramped with two beds so we moved one into the living room. We really liked the area, which was close enough to walk downhill to the city centre, though you might want to get the bus home. Excellent little Swedish restaurant around the corner serving the obligatory meatballs. It should be noted that the living room is open to the hallway and the kitchen (the door to which has been removed) so is not ideal as a third bedroom!

Convinient but pay attention to the binding unexpected rule
Pros:

It was very clean, quiet and comfy. There was a nice balcony and I enjoyed the view to the greenery. It was bery bright as well. There was instant coffee and tea bags.

Cons:

However, the last night, unexpectedly, the landlord sent an email saying a 250sek wouldl be charged if any dishes, glasses or cutterly weren't both properly washed and placed in the wardrobe. It would be charged if any of them were washed but remained in the dish washer. The dishwasher took more than hour to wash and I had to leave early in the morning, what was a serious inconvinient. The same penalty would have been applied if the trash wasn't have placed in a specific room on the other side of the building.
These rules should have been stated in the booking process and not a few hours before rhe check out.

Sehr gute Wohnung, wenn man Ruhe und Natur schätzt
Pros:

Sauber und gepflegt in ruhiger und schöner Lage. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Infos zum Check-In kamen rechtzeitig und waren sehr präzise. In direkter Umgebung ist ein schöner kleiner Wald.

Cons:

Das Doppelbett, das aus zwei Einzelbetten besteht, fand ich unpraktisch und einer der Stühle wackelte sehr und sollte repariert werden.

Pros:

Objekt se nalazi na odlicnoj lokaciji i blizu je centra grada.Autobusna stanica za centar grada je na 100 metara od stana.

Cons:

Kupaonica je stara i wc daska djeluje kao da je neoprana. Nakon vise pokusaja pranja,prljavstina se nije mogla ocistiti. Nacin komunikacije osoblja je takoder vrlo autoritativan te se vise puta dobije mail koje su kazne ako ne ukljucite masinu za pranje nakon odlaska. Takode na moj mail da mi se posalje racun nije odgovereno.

Gut geeignet für einen Kurztrip nach Göteborg.
Pros:

Bequemes Bett, kleine Küche und Essbereich
Aufzug, Preis-Leistung total in Ordnung.

Cons:

Parken ist sehr teuer. Wäre in der Nebensaison nicht nötig gewesen.

Pros:

Апартаменти розташовані в гарному та тихому районі. Центр міста та парк розваг знаходяться в пішій доступності, що дуже зручно.

Окремий плюс — повна автономність завдяки входу за кодом. Ніяких зайвих зустрічей чи очікувань. У помешканні є абсолютно все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Рекомендую!

I stora hela väldigt nöjd.
Pros:

Läget, passade bra då vi var 2 vuxna och 2 15-åringar. Vi fick även checka in tidigare om än mot en avgift och bra med parkering.

Cons:

Att vi inte fick information om pågående renovering av utsidan och att den balkong vi såg framför oss inte gick o använda. Så vi kunde inte vädra eller sitta där och det var gött väder ute. Sedan var den smal också vilket heller inte framgick om man skulle sitta där.
Vi var där 3 nätter o det hade varit gott o kunna använda den. Vi valde lgh p.g.a. Balkong o läge o att vi alla fick plats.

Zdecydowanie polecam.
Pros:

Znakomicie wyposażona i przestronna kuchnia. W łazience, pomimo małej przestrzeni, też było wszystko co trzeba. Dużo miejsca do spania, dużo miejsca w szafach. Bardzo spokojna okolica, park w pobliżu.

Cons:

Najmniejszy pokój ledwie mieści dwa osobne łóżka, ale to nie jest duży problem.

Pros:

Appartamento funzionale, e ben curato.

Cons:

Più che cose che non sono piaciute, voglio esprimere due accortezze.
Essendo italiani, abituati a ore di ombra più lunghe durante la notte, il fatto che sorgesse il sole alle 4:30/5 e non ci fossero tende oscuranti un pochino disturbava la mattina.
Consiglio personale: forse sarebbe utile mettere dei cuscini più robusti per chi li utilizza.
