The location is perfect, as is the neighborhood. Great connection with the city center, or any other part of the city. The apartment was clean, bright and well equipped. The bathroom was clean, there was shampoo and conditioner for the hair, washing machine, toilet paper... Additionally there was also an iron and dishwasher. The only thing missing (although it was some Nescafe, sugars and tea) is seasoning, oil, salt and pepper...(It's not a problem it's just a positive constructive criticism). The owner was super polite. :)
All in all definitely recommend!

Good facilities, poor customer service and dirty bathroom
Pros:

Comfy beds and good kitchen facilities, Wifi worked well for duration of stay

Cons:

Wasn't even to enter the apartment as the code did not work on the door, phone number provide did not work so had to email to get another number (Eventually got in after 30 mins of trying). Bathroom was dirty with hairs in the sink. Codes on the welcome sheet are completely different to the ones sent via email for entrance to the building, this was really confusing. I was sent a message saying that if I did not clean the dishes and take out the bin I would be charged 250 SEK (£20) - this is the first time I've experienced a fine for not cleaning (The message also said I had cleaning included in the booking fee), to be honest this made me feel uneasy on check out and the bins were not obviously located. The building is also at the top of a very steep hill, would be very difficult to reach if not fit.

Pros:

Finfin beliggenhet og romslig og grei leilighet.

Cons:

Fasaden var under oppussing og det var stillaser utenfor hele bygget. Balkongene var i utgangspunktet sperret, men vi fikk lov til å bruke dem siden det ikke var arbeid i stillasene gjennom helgen.

Mye valuta for pengene.
Pros:

Det lå i et stille strøk. Leiligheten var gullende ren. Det var alt som trengtes der. og det var mulighet til å leie parkering rett utenfor. Bare en spasertur ned til Liseberg og sentrum.

Cons:

De renoverte veranda så det var ikke mulighet til å bruke den.

- Bauarbeiter auf dem Balkon. Wir wurden NICHT vor dem Aufenthalt informiert
- Balkon war auf grund von Bauarbeiten nicht nutzbar, keine Info vor dem Aufenthalt
- dadurch nur 1 Fenster was geöffnet werden konnte

Lugnt läge, nära buss 60 ner till stationen. Enkel incheckning. Sköna sängar med bekväma kuddar och täcke.

Pros:

És ampli i la cuina està equipada. L'habitació principal és àmplia. Hi han armaris per deixar còmodament la roba. Hi ha assecador de cabell, aspirador ( ideal també per persones que volen fer servir bosses al buit per tindre més espai a la maleta)

Cons:

No hi ha microones a la cuina, hem escalfat la llet en una cassola. La temperatura dins l'apartament era insuficient per nosaltres i no es pot regular.
