The lobby presented itself as exceptionally well-maintained and immaculate. Our accommodations were found to be in satisfactory condition. We suggest an enhancement in staff demeanor, particularly among front desk personnel, as they represent the initial point of contact for our guests. The same recommendation extends to the two breakfast attendants. We commend the housekeeping team for their attentiveness. A simple smile directed towards guests could significantly elevate the overall guest experience and contribute positively to the company's reputation.
There was a fly in the juice at breakfast. Some of the juice dispensers don't have lids, they cover the top with plates and the flies get in the container and float on the juice.

Noise from outside restaurant..asked front desk when does it stop bc I will switch rooms..was told by 10pm. Well after 11 still blasting n then I was rudely offered to change my room. Would have done that at 8pm when I originally called. Was repeatedly told “we don’t control outside..duh..no kidding? But you could have told me at 8pm this music would be blasting well into the night. Only thing that saved us was that the AC was SO loud it drown out the music. Manager very nice but staff needs better ways to talk to people and care that paying over 200 dollars a night..we deserve a nights sleep. Was not worth the price.
