Disappointed by the cleanliness of the room and lack of heating

The hotel itself was beautiful

Cons:

The radiator wasn’t working in the bedroom and the room was very cold. When we told reception it was like they already knew that and said there was a portable one in the cupboard . This hardly warmed the room at all . So we had a cold night

Lovely staff but very expensive food and room for what you get
Pros:

Lovely building in a lovely location, near the forest. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The rooms were very overpriced, dusty, and didn’t have hot water! However, our issues were quickly resolved.
