Bad room, no light and noisy
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Room was in the ground floor and was super noisy with cleaners in the morning (woke me up every day of my stay) and meant there was no natural light. Quality of room was well below the price as a result. Staff at breakfast made a number of errors and were rude

Amazing
Pros:

The Cumberland exceeded our expectations. It is in a great location, our room was spacious and tidy, and the staff were very friendly, helping us with logistics and offering great recommendations for activities throughout our stay. It was great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone else looking to visit Valletta!

Cons:

The pool was under construction during our stay so we weren't able to make use of the top floor facilities.

Excelente localização. Quarto e banheiro amplos e cama confortável. Garrafa de vinho de cortesia em nossa chegada (e refrigerante e salgadinhos); garrafa de 1l de água de cortesia todos os dias. Café da manhã à la carte de muito boa qualidade. Funcionários atenciosos. Destaque para a recepcionista Leticia, muito amável e prestativa.

L’hotel è in una posizione centrale e comoda per raggiungere a piedi tutti i punti più importanti de La Valletta. La nostra stanza era molto grande, accessoriata di tutto il necessario, compresa macchina del caffè e bollitore. La stanza era silenziosa e super pulita, abbiamo dormito molto bene grazie anche alla qualità del materasso e dei cuscini. Il personale molto gentile e professionale.

Pros:

Breakfast very good, a la carte.

Cons:

The smell in the room, very heavy air freshener was probably used. Not nice. One light in the bathroom did not work, but was very quickly solved, compliments about this.

It is just the kind of small boutique hotel the I always seek - excellent
Pros:

The restaurant used for hotel breakfast was very good, not a buffet but a good selection of yummy dishes.
It was also good for dinner with cooking and service superior to some other local restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing really, I did have trouble with a very sore knee getting my suitcase up to the entry from the taxi stop (on a pedestrian street)
It was not far though and on leaving a very friendly staff member helped me to the taxi.

Stay and very pleasant hotel

We have been staying at this small, quiet, very central boutique hotel ( Cumberland by Neu Collective hotel )with good facilities, in a spacious and pleasant room. Perfect cleaning. Good breakfast.
We wanted to especially highlight the kindness of Leticia, the person who greeted us upon arrival, with careful detail, explained everything regarding the places to know, charming and affectionate every day. Without a doubt this boutique hotel has been a success, and our rating is outstanding

Good location, but the noise and breakfast options did not made it a 10

The location is very good, big room, clean

Cons:

The breakfast, although it was included (paid during reservation) was not as expected, the food was not very tasty and options not so great. Also there was a lot of noise during the night… i know this is not the staff or the hotel issue, but there were kids running in the upstairs room at 12 at night + weird noises coming from the neighbours (building right next)
