Cons:

Персонал не міг допомогти а декількох ситуаціях, не було застелено друге ліжко, не було допомоги з замовленням таксі. Прибирання відбувалось в непідходящий час.

Muy recomendable: por ubicación, limpieza y detalles decorativos, y la atención al cliente.
Pros:

El hotel es un tipo de hotel boutique, con una reforma de espacios y accesos muy acertada para transformar un espacio privado en un alojamiento con clase.
La habitación espaciosa y muy bien decorada: con gusto y detalles del estilo decorativo. Original solución para que la luz natural entre por el techo.
La ubicación perfecta, el hotel se encuentra en pleno zona histórica y céntrica de La Valeta.
El desayuno ofrece unos huevos benedictine muy bien preparados.
La atención fue perfecta, el vuelo se retrasó varias horas y llegamos pasada la media noche. La persona que nos recibió fue amable y nos dedicó tiempo para responder a nuestras preguntas y nos sugirió lugares cercanos para pasear y comprar a esas tardías horas.

Cons:

En la habitación sería preciso mejorar el sistema de apertura y cierre la corredera no funciona bien.

Unacceptable stay—uninhabitable room due to cigarette smell, poor service, no resolution from staff.
Pros:

Nothing. Location may seem central, but it is highly impractical—set on steep hills with no proper taxi access. Expect to carry luggage uphill on cobbled streets. Very problematic if it rains or for anyone with mobility limitations. AVOID.

Cons:

Room was uninhabitable due to a strong cigarette smoke smell on arrival. Maintenance confirmed it; no meaningful action was taken. We were not moved, no linen was changed, and we were forced to sleep in the room. Staff were unresponsive—no manager available despite repeated requests, and the only “solution” offered was air freshener. Clothes and belongings now smell of smoke and require cleaning.

Breakfast was also poor—limited à la carte options with below-average quality.

Quiet, great location, excellent staff and rooms.
Pros:

Room was good, location close to "top" of Valletta and near may restaurants. Breakfast seemed good (I'm just muesli person but others seemed to be enjoying the cooked options).

Cons:

Rooms open onto an interior courtyard so appear to have no "outdoor windows" and since I was on the ground floor I didn't really like this. But I also didn't realise until the last day that the courtyard was in fact open to outside so I did have "outdoor windows" - I though it was roofed, my mistake ;-).

Molto piacevole
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, camere pulite, bagni comodissimi e altrettanto puliti. La colazione ben fornita per soddisfare tutte le esigenze. Staff disponibile e attento nonostante le nostre difficoltà con la lingua.

Cons:

Purtroppo i prezzi delle camere doppie a uso singolo non hanno differenze nel prezzo rispetto alla normale camera doppia. Questa è l'unica cosa che andrebbe rivista!

Great location and lovely staff
Pros:

The location was excellent and the room was very spacious. All staff with one exception were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was good and the terrace was great. It was also quiet despite its proximity to so many restaurants and bars. A special thanks to Letitia who is fabulous and has provided helpful advice, directions and is very attentive. Also the cleaning staff are great and we reported an issue with lights and fan in the bathroom which were promptly fixed.

Cons:

The shower ran s as bout hot and cold and the lock to our terrace was not working properly. Plus it took a while to work out the air conditioning.

Could have been better...
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic position, in the very center of La Valletta
Staff is super polite
Rooms are clean

Cons:

I booked a superior room which in the picture showed a large window on the street but when I arrived the gave me a blind room with no windows, quite claustrofobic. I asked to change it because it was unacceptable for me and they answered the hotel was fully booked and that was the room I reserved. I do not believe because from the picture on the site it was completely different. Sorry for that because the rest was perfect.
