Fraud people
They denied of having the booking and asked for more koney
The size of the room and to some extent the balcony.
The bathroom was not clean, bucket dirty, a lot of water was wasted in order to get some hot water. There was only one towel provided. Has to ask for drinking water. Bad toilet paper. They can make some effort to keep the room and bathroom cleaner.
One lady staff was very smart and provided good support. Similarly one boy in the morning was very punctual in serving breakfast.
There was a pub in the ground floor. Entrance to lift was through wine shop. Parking is in front of the shop along with those of general customers. We did not use the restaurant because it served nonveg. Some days dance parties with loud sound was there. We knew these limitations from other reviews.
We booked this place because it was close to Azim Premji University where we needed to be the next day.
The bed linen was dirty and clearly had not been changed. There was hair and dust and stains on the sheets. We had to call the reception to get it changed, which they thankfully did.
The wardrobe was filthy with old food, dust, weird droppings and discarded wrappers. We didn’t even unpack.
The washroom had very worn down bidet and shower which practically did not work, and sent water in narrow, scattered, piercing threads in every direction except where it was needed.
To top it off, the rooms are on top of a MRP liquor store and the Waves Pub. Great if you want to go the pub, which we did, but otherwise noisy.
The room had a balcony which overlooked a local landfill. Can’t blame the hotel for this, but travellers should know.
Rooms were very small. Bathroom was not clean. Flush was not working properly. Bathroom was dirty.

This was nice stay and very good location it was very peaceful and soothing there was apub just side to the building enjoyed a lot
