Midtown Nile View Suites

El apartamento fue entregado muy muy sucio. Ropas de cama sucias e insuficientes. La cocina con chorretes de suciedad por dentro y fuera de los armarios. Los fogones hacían años que no se limpiaban.

Tras reportar todas estas deficiencias al encargado, nos estuvo toreando pero bien para no atendernos.

No lo recomiendo en absoluto y mucho menos teniendo que pagar 40€ por día.

Due giorni prima dell arrivo mi è arrivato un messaggio dallo staff dicendo che l appartamento prenotato e già pagato non era più disponibile e che ce ne avrebbero dato un altro con una sola camera da letto invece che con due camere da letto. ( Non abbiamo accettato questa cosa e alla fine c è stato dato quello che avevamo prenotato)

La TV in camera non funzionava.

L appartamento è un po' da ristrutturare , ma di base bello a parte il bagno che sarebbe proprio da rifare un po' tutto. Quando si fa la doccia si allaga dappertutto

Non c erano asciugamani. Abbiamo chiesto allo staff e ce ne hanno portato uno da utilizzare in tre persone dicendo che sarebbero tornati immediatamente a portarci gli altri due , ma non sono mai tornati.. Ho mandato più messaggi chiedendo gentilmente di portarne altri due , ma nulla. ..la cosa più triste è che non si sono mai degnati di rispondere a nessuna chiamata e nessuno dei messaggi. Non è stato un bel comportamento.

First of all 10 hours before going to the apartment at midnight he informed me that I could not stay in the apartment I rented for 2 days because it has an electrical problem and needs to be fixed and he took me to an apartment in Tahrir Square which had nothing to do with the apartment I rented. Secondly when it was time to change I sent him a message the night before to tell me what time we would change the next day which apartment and he replied with a tone that I will tell you the time you will change which apartment. A bit of bad behavior in my personal opinion and something else very important he forbade me when one night I went to enter the apartment with a woman and he did a very good job to protect me and him as well as the woman while I had rented it for 2 people because as I told you before it is not allowed in the APARTMENT in question I UNDERLINE THIS HOTEL and not a private apartment after all. But why should he inform me after I came with the lady after I had rented the apartment since I was going with her and not before we both reached this unpleasant position? Is it logical that they do not inform tourists about the cultural issues they have in their country and that you can be charged and even imprisoned for something like that?! Where are we living in the Middle Ages??? So let this Mr. Mohammed and the security officials of this state get serious and keep Western tourists informed, especially because they can very easily end up somewhere else from their vacation...

Maybe have acess to brush, shovel ,mop and cleaning cloths.

Water sometimes cut , but staff promise to solve it

1. BOOKING.com will list this as "hotel," but BEWARE, this is not a hotel. It's more like an airbnb.... it's basically a fully equipped independent flat/apartment. Not a hotel. We wanted a hotel and booking.com listed as a hotel. It worked out in the end, but it was awkward with my friends who wanted a hotel and trusted me to have booked a hotel!

2. The bedding was not clean. The duvets were stacked inside a wardrobe and smelled and looked like they had been used and never washed!!! The beds had nothing to cover yourself with. We slept with the AC on, so we definitely needed something to cover ourselves with!! I asked Mahmoud to provide flat sheets for all of us and he gave us fresh and clean ones.

Having to ask to have the room cleaned
Waking up with several bites on my body
Occasionally lifts were not working
They should tell the guests that it is on the 8th floor instead of searching the whole building
The shower leaks on the bathroom floor and requires a matt or another towel
The washed towels were not clean

I am deaf and I had told the owner this but his helpers had not been given this information and knock quietly so I did not hear them caused afew time wasted hours

Very basic you need your own tea & coffee milk etc. the benefit for me was I was able to leave my suitcase there while I went on a tour
