Doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of the city
Pros:

Just stayed one night while passing through the city but it was a great place. Standard hotel room but with a great view of the trees outside. Easy walking to restaurants and a great local brewery just a few blocks away.

Nice hotel in a cozy and vivid neighborhood
Pros:

Nice and calm location that still had lots of cafés, reataurants and bars around, I really liked the atmosphere in Belén. The hotel is simple but good, the roof terrace is beautiful and also the breakfast menu was really nice.

Pros:

Night guy a sweetheart. Daytime lady cranky. The rooftop lounge and ladies up there —awesome. But the room furniture broken was gross… a window was completely loose…. HOT SHOWER WATER SCALDING… **** NO COLD WATER!!!….But the bed was comfortable. Great location. Overall B minus. But again night reception man very kind.

Good enough for a place to sleep and shower.
Pros:

The room was not expensive and the hotel is in a calm neighborhood. There are a lot of small restaurants down the street. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well.

Cons:

The breakfast and coffee wasn't great (I recommend going out for breakfast). We often did not have hot water in the evening. Our room did not have a window to the outside, only a window that shows an interior staircase.

overall it was a pleasant stay, would be excellent if fixed the TV sound and changed sheets everyday
Pros:

the location, the room and bed size

Cons:

this was my second stay,
1- the rate was higher than 3 months before
2- the changed sheets only every other day (new policy i was not aware)
3- the cleaning ladies ignored the sign requesting "do not disturb" hung on the doorknob
4- the TV speakers were not working well and their sound was bad. i complained several times but they never fixed the problem during our 40 days stay there
