An exceptional stay from start to finish—everything was perfect, and I truly enjoyed every moment.

What I liked most about the hotel was the exceptional attention to detail and the overall sense of comfort and elegance. From the welcoming atmosphere to the beautifully designed spaces, everything felt thoughtfully planned to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff were also incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more special. Overall, the combination of excellent service, beautiful design, and a warm atmosphere is what stood out to me the most.

Cons:

Overall, everything about the property was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The only area I would suggest improving in the future is the breakfast, particularly the quality and variety of the food. With a little enhancement in this area, the overall guest experience would be even more exceptional.

Amazing!

The place is wonderful. Special shoutout to Jana in the reception for her dedication to help us and Mr. Waseem he was very helpful and also Mr. Mostafa for his kindness. The hotel overall is amazing and super!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! We were lucky enough to get a room with an amazing view of the Pyramids, which made our stay even more special. Waking up to that view was absolutely beautiful!

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Abu Al Hassan, Jana, and wassem, and there was a female staff don’t remember her name she helps alot , for their exceptional hospitality and kindness. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The service, atmosphere, and hospitality were all excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️
