Fijne uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan piramides en GEM
Pros:

De ligging dichtbij de piramides en het GEM. Daarnaast is het een lekker zwembad, helaas was het bij ons niet zulk mooi weer dus daar hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt. Het. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is nog een nieuw complex.

Cons:

Het eten in het restaurant vonden we matig. Ook mag er binnen in het hotel gerookt worden, dat zijn we niet meer gewend ( mag overal in egypte)

Everything. Such a beautiful place, well maintained and the service is excellent. Mr. Tariq was so kind to accommodate us beyond the levels of hospitality. We want to thank everyone for making our stay so good.

Pros:

Went and spent 2 nights here with my wife after our wedding, when the hotel found out we were newlywed they went out of their way to make our stay extra special! Loved the hotel and the staff over there

Excellent stay in Cairo at the modern Hyatt hotel near the Pyramids.
Pros:

Very modern hotel.
Hotel staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly.
Very good options at breakfast.
Great facilities, especially the swimming pool!
Spacious room.
The + was the welcome refreshments when we checked in!

Cons:

A staff member driving the golf cart took a speed bump way too fast while driving my parents to their room. My parents are senior citizens with back problems and are now both suffering greatly from that bump .. this is totally unacceptable and careless.

Pros:

Everything!!! Room was beautiful with lots of amenities. Very beautiful and very artistic.

Mohammed Farid was very helpful. He upgraded my room despite my late arrival and also gave us an extended late check out. Loved the complimentary pyramid chocolates too
