It was a very comfortable, accommodating, and impeccably clean hotel with fabulous staff!!!
Pros:

The staff were amazing- warm, wonderful, helpful, kind, and prompt to address any queries or concerns .

The hotel itself is brand new, and some features (the soa) were still developing. spacious, but the overall concept to provide to groups of any size was successfully in place when my group was there.
The rooms are thoughtfully designed, spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The courtyard space is lovely, although for me marred by the giant screen which was a an distraction and an eyesore.

The breakfast buffet spread was truly impressive and delicious, and catered to many dietary needs.

The pool area was lovely, and included a sweet children's pool discretely around the corner from the large pool.

The hotel is away from central Cairo, on the outer edge of Giza, so not in the heart of the city, which is still accessible by car in about 30-40 mins with traffic.
The Pyramids and GEM are about 20-ish minutes, depending on traffic and time of day.
My group stayed here for two multi-day periods, and most of us felt we had friends and a 'home away from hone' at the Hyatt Centric!

Cons:

Electronic music being piped everywhere at all hours.
Giant screen in the courtyard unrelated to any special event.
No shop to buy necessities (sunscreen, headache meds, bandaids, postcards, some souvenirs, variety of snacks )

Pros:

Hôtel récent, moderne, à la décoration soignée et originale, éloignée des standards des hôtels internationaux. Un personnel attentionné, souriant, disponible. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est copieux. Le cadre est très agréable, au calme, autour d'une grande piscine. Bref, un hôtel à recommander.

Cons:

Rien de particulier, à l'exception de l'eau chaude de la douche qui met quelques minutes à arriver. C'est gênant pour le gaspillage de la ressource, mais je pense que ce n'est qu'un problème passager qui devrait être vite réglé.

Un petit havre de paix dans le chaos du Caire
Pros:

L’hôtel est proche des pyramides de Gizeh et du Grand musée.
Il est un peu excentré du centre du Caire mais ce n’est pas un problème avec les Uber et taxis vraiment pas chers… au contraire c’était un vrai plaisir de pouvoir se reposer loin du chaos en rentrant de nos visites!
L’hôtel est récent et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les chambres sont spacieuses la literie très confortable. La piscine est propre et joliment aménagée. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour ses clients. Nous avons apprécié les gourmandises de bienvenue et le petit cadeau pour mon anniversaire… Un grand merci à Emad notre serveur au restaurant et à Rabea, Amr pour le ménage… et enfin à tous les employés du desk toujours disponibles.
Bref une très bonne adresse nous recommandons!

Comoda posizione per il nuovo museo e le piramidi
Pros:

La posizione dell’hotel è sicuramente uno dei suoi punti di forza: comoda e strategica per visitare le piramidi, il nuovo museo ed arrivare facilmente dall’aeroporto Sphinx. La struttura è nuova e moderna, con un buon potenziale dal punto di vista estetico e dei servizi.

Cons:

Purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Ho riscontrato diverse carenze nella manutenzione generale e nella pulizia, aspetti che incidono molto sulla qualità del soggiorno. Alcuni dettagli risultano già trascurati nonostante l’hotel sia di recente apertura, dando la sensazione di una gestione ancora da perfezionare. Anche il servizio non rispecchia gli standard che ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel di questa categoria: il personale, pur cordiale, non appare formato secondo un livello internazionale da cinque stelle.
Nel complesso la struttura si classifica una struttura come 5 stelle secondo gli standard egiziani, ma a mio avviso, corrisponde più a un buon 4 stelle europeo. Con una maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione, una migliore formazione del personale e una maggiore attenzione agli standard di pulizia potrebbe migliorare sensibilmente l’esperienza degli ospiti.

Excelent business hotel
Pros:

Amazing business hotel. Will come again next year. Comfort bed. Quite rooms. Very good breakfast. 24/7 open bar. 2 amazing restaurants practically part of the hotel area. Very kind personal.

Cons:

The windows in my room were dirty from the outside. There was a slight smell in the room coming from the toilet. I was too lazy to complain about it, and I stayed in that room for the whole week.

Overall, to me it feels like an excellent 4* hotel or an average 5*.
