Very helpful staff
Staff was really nice, food was good and hotel offer plenty of services.
We booked a room for 2 adult + 12-year old kid. The room felt a bit small and there was no option for a supplementary bed.
We would like to thank all the staff especially Ms Mariam Mofdy she always here and helpful
and Mr Abo el hassan from reception very helpful and supportive

Honestly, the hospitality is beyond amazing. The staff is cooperative and sweet. An inspiring stay, that I would love to be repeated again. Miss mariam guest relation , thank u for everything
We are digital nomads and live on the road. We stay in many accommodations all over the world and at different price points.
The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was spacious and the water was delightfully hot. The room was spacious and had an ironing board, Ample lighting and plugs- including USB ports and an outlet in the bathroom.
Housekeeping staff was genuinely friendly.
It was odd having to put every bag (including my purse), through a security screening each time we entered, and I was uncomfortable having staff photograph the contents with a cell phone.
Staff wanted to check the minibar daily, so we asked them to remove its contents since we didn’t plan to use it and the daily interruptions were annoying.
A pool DJ played music from around 10 a.m., sometimes for hours. This definitely would not have been quiet enough for remote work with voice or video calls.
Housekeeping knocked on the door after 9 p.m. to ask if we needed my room cleaned. They had no cart with them. We'd been out late the two previous nights and it made me wonder if they thought perhaps our room was empty.
We called for laundry service and, when no one answered, called the front desk. They didn’t answer either, so we decided to call the following day. When I went to reception to request laundry service they said I could have just called. I explained that I had, with no answer, and they glanced at the phone, back at me, and then said they would have housekeeping come to my room to get my laundry.
At checkout, I was told I had a room charge. I asked what it was for, since we had paid for each service as we went. They showed me a receipt for a pizza we hadn’t ordered. The receipt showed it was dated the day after our second breakfast, which was when kitchen staff began treating us differently (interrupting our breakfast to make us pay at our table, which they didn't do to anyone else- and why I began paying feior to breakfast). Since the receipt had the date and time, I suggested they check the CCTV, as it wasn’t my order. They then said it must have been a wrong charge.
They then brought over their customer relations representative, who kept pushing me to say my stay was good. She asked why I had rated the stay positively on the breakfast survey.
The venue is just amazing , super vibes and very comfortable hotel rooms - Mohamed Abdul Hassan was very helpful and cooperative , Mariam Mofdy was just amazing making our life easier

For the price: nothing!
1) Rude Personnel not professional at all
2) They check you luggage while you’re checking in and tell you they see a small music speaker in one of the suitcases and that they have to take it from you during the stay because it’s not allowed… Never experienced this in a 5 star hotel before. It’s ok to say we are not allowed to use it in our rooms during the stay - and they have to trust their customers - but saying no we have to physically take it away is shocking
3) Room was very very loud as music was playing till very late in the night
4) Room furniture looks like a hostel, very cheap low quality
5) The towel holder in the bathroom was broken and kept falling every time we touched it, when it fell we say that they had it “fixed” by putting a tissue in the opening to make it stay and not move - not even 1 star hotel would fix stuff like that
6) the shower ceiling was damaged and almost gonna fall down from water damage
Great location, new build, excellent staff. Mariam, Abulhasan, Saad, Mustafa were very helpful.
