Some staff attitudes such at pool areas, the cleanliness of the bathroom specially at shower area it was fixed when I requested a technician.

My stay at Hyatt Centric Cairo West was truly a wonderful and exceptional experience in every sense of the word. The purpose of my trip was relaxation and peace of mind, and I absolutely achieved that during my stay.
I would especially like to thank Ms. Maryam guest relation Manager, who clearly has great experience in welcoming and assisting guests at this hotel. She welcomed us warmly, helped us with great professionalism and kindness, and was always dedicated to fulfilling our requests and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
Ms. Maryam is truly a valuable asset to this hotel, and this does not diminish the efforts of the rest of the staff, because they were all amazing as well. However, she was especially outstanding and memorable.
And i would like to thank Mr Wassem as well he was so nice and helpful with us during our stay.
I will always choose this hotel again and confidently recommend it to all my friends and family.
