Velmi vstřícný personál, dobré vybavení, velmi dobré Welness a masáže.

Cons:

Mohli by pokoje vybavit kávou, čajem, konvicí, ... Viz hotely těchto kvalit v sousedním Polsku, tam je to samozřejmé.

+ Pekná fasáda aj prostredie
+ Pohodlný parking
+ Raňajky
+ Obsluha reštaurácie

Cons:

- malá izba bez chladničky
- vidieť na interiéri že hotel je už vybývaný a potreboval by zmodernizovať najmä izby
- žiadna roleta na okne
- toaleta spojená s wc a kvôli podkrovia nevyužitý priestor
- za tu cenu tam tieto mínusy nemali byť

Pros:

Hotel má pěknou polohu, jeho okolí je hezky upravené, je zde hřiště pro děti i sportoviště pro dospělé a upravená zákoutí pro relaxaci. Personál celkově je velmi příjemný a ochotný, umí operativně vyřešit požadavky hostů. Snídaně, teplá i studená, byla dostatečná, nic mi v ní nechybělo. Parkování zdarma je zajištěno u hotelu, to je v této oblasti velký benefit.

Pros:

Tolle und abgeschiedene Lage. Sehr schöner Burgflair. Sehr netter Service.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas klein und stickig ( unterm Dach). Sehr hellhörig.
Das Essen im Restaurant war leider nicht sehr gut.

Very comfy and cozy feeling to the whole hotel

Perfect location for hiking surrounding area

Wellness, billiards, garden, restaurant and bar made it a pleasure to spend time in the evening.

Good food in restaurant.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cute hotel cat.

felt like a service in the early 90's at the price of 2025
Pros:

Location in the forest is quite nice, style of the hotel is ok

Cons:

old facilities, no water pressure in the toilets
restaurant in the evening closing at 6pm
food quality from restaurant was not good. even for czech hospoda standards!
we were there during the week and it felt they better close the hotel during that time - was a complete dead place
very expensive for what it is
