1. Las políticas del Hotel no permitieron tener uso de un baño antes del horario de Check-in, a menos que pagara $ 30.000.
requerido por mi, para atender una cita pre-establecida.
2. y tuve que aceptar una alcoba sin televisor en el 3er. piso y pagar en efectivo, para poder tener el servicio que requeria con antelacion.
3. No se origino un recibo de pago.
4. se presento un ruido fuerte tipo 1:20 am. y se escucho voces. pero aunque informe en recepcion,. no parecia que estuvieran enteradas. y no hubo aclaracion del motivo. causando sentimientos de inseguridad.
5. El desayuno, muy pobre, no hay variedad ni libertad de para seleccionar lo que uno quiere. muy limitado todo.
6. no aparece mi registro a nombre de Elizabeth Torres.

Demasiada bulla y no tienen ventanas anti ruido, no había toalla en el lavamanos las toallas súper deterioradas las cosas de aseo personal pésimas el desayuno Super regular en una Lonch Hita de Queso, la partían por la mitad, no lo recomiendo

Me gustó mucho que nadie te molesta ni tienes que molestar a nadie, te dan las llaves de la casa y tú entras y sales cuando quieres, nadie está pendiente de lo que hace pero si necesitas algo Viviana está siempre atenta a colaborar.
