Do not book this property. Unreliable.
Pros:

Do not book this accommodation. We had a confirmed reservation and also had confirmed our late arrival. When we arrived at 11.30pm we were told we can not stay there, they had canceled our booking but not told us.

Cons:

The lady on reception eventually found us an alternative place to stay which was not very clean or safe feeling. It was kind of her to help arrange a new room. This new room was more expensive and we are waiting for reimbursement process from booking.com.
We are fine if they want to cancel our booking but they should at least inform you beforehand so you can make new arrangements. I am surprised booking.com allow this to happen. We had this booking in place for 3 months prior. We did receive a message at 3.45am, after leaving the property to say the room was canceled because they were renovating the floor our room was on.

Cons:
