Pros:

Es un sitio espectacular, el paisaje, la temperatura del agua es muy agradable. La comida es muy rica. Las instalaciones son sorprendentes. También la amabilidad de las personas que atienden en el comedor.
Destino para repetir.

Cons:

Es importante saber que los AC solo funcionan de 6pm a 6am así que en el día es muy difícil permanecer en la habitación, aunque con ese mar y paisaje es mejor estar disfrutándolo.
Nos sorprendió que nos cambiaran las toallas todos los días así no las usáramos, les solicitamos que no lo hicieran pero que no se podía.
Al dj le pedimos unos vallenatos y nos respondieron que no estaba permitido por políticas del hotel. En la tierra del vallenato no se puede escuchar valletanos, de no creer.

A beleza do lugar salva o hotel muito mal cuidado.

A ilha é um paraíso!!!
Talvez a mais bela da América do Sul. Raros funcionários foram bem gentis (Luz Dary do café, Jonatan da recepção). Esses merecem elogios. O carregador das malas também.

Cons:

A recepcionista Ani foi terrível. Tínhamos um check-in antecipado garantindo pelo hotel oficialmente pelo Booking. Ani ficou repetindo as regras mil vezes, grosseira, com desrespeito. Precisamos recorrer ao gerente, que resolveu corretamente.
Além disso, o quatro é péssimo: madeiras podres, sem frigobar, racionamento de ar condicionado num calor absurdo, racionamento de água. Café-da-manhã muito fraco, limitado e repetitivo. TV do hall pequena para o lugar. Piscina pequena, área Kids nula.

Paisaje mágico, instalaciones anticuadas para precio alto

La ubicación, el paraje en el que está ubicado y la atención del personal tanto hosteleros como animadores

Cons:

La infraestructura, está anticuada, sin renovar. La comida no está buena y es muy mejorable. Hay olores por las zonas comunes.
Quisimos hacer deportes acuáticos que ofrecía la web pero no había material como windsurf.
El snorkel, pádel surf y excursión bioparque nos gustó mucho.
