This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff is really customer-friendly and tries to do everything to give their guests an absolutely great experience. Every morning we had a good breakfast. The rooms and beds are fine, they sell drinks for their guests, and they even have an agency for local travel. The hotel is well located: a 10-minute walk to the metro station, a 5-minute walk to the Viva Envigado shopping center, and a 5-minute walk to Envigado's city center. We highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for the great stay!

Nous avions réservé 3 nuits, les 3 nuits n’étaient pas dans la même chambre, il fallait changer ! On nous a proposé une chambre sale, draps dégoûtants, et douche froide.
Lo mejor del hotel es el área de la piscina. Está muy bien ubicado. Las personas que laboran allí son muy amables.
En la habitación que estábamos le faltaba privacidad, se escuchaba todo lo de las habitaciones vecinas.

Værelset var ok
Værelserne ligger ud til pool og morgenmadsområedet. Personalet råber ad hinanden fra området fra kl 07.00 og man kan høre hver en stol blive trukket hen ad gulvet.
De tager i mod kreditkort mod 5% ekstra. Kan ikke give byttepenge på kontanter.
Morgenmaden var gratis men også meget lille.
Mens jeg var der begyndte de at behandle værelserne med tunge kemikalier. Alle i personalet havde industrimasker på, men gæsterne fik ingen. Jeg måtte skynde mig ud for at undgå stanken af kemikalierne.

The only thing I liked was the location. Easy to book uner, walk distance restaurants.
1. The hotel was under construction, without prior warning, they cut the power 1 day of my stay, they cut the water everyday of my stay, and they cut the wifi one day.
2. Breakfast? They make you watever they feel like, and dont even ask you if you eat it or are allergic to the ingredients.
3. I found a bug on my bed one night.
4.The hot water in the shower seems to have a timer, it only lasted 2mts and got freezing cold, when you open the shower water comes out yellow (at first).
5. The bathroom has a drain and smells horrible, it made the whole room stank.
6. The A/C has a horrible noise that wakes you up.
7. The owners sons, like to chill in the reception area, they lay on the sofa and use their cellphones outloud, all day (very unprofessional).
8. Only 2 employees are polite, the other wont even say goodmorning. The employees are not helpful, if you ask for recomendations about stores or food they know nothing.
9. It was hard to relax with the heavy noise of the contruction that started at 8am and would end at 7pm.
10. I wouldnt recommend.
