Pěkné ubytování v centru Dahabu u Light house
Pros:

Toto ubytování jsem si zvolil, protože se nachází hned vedle Freediving centra, kam jsem každý den docházel. Z tohoto pohledu bylo umístění ubytování velmi praktické a nemohlo být už blíže. Blízko Light House, kam se chodí do vody. Více v centru už by to asi nešlo :-).

Na egyptské poměry bylo zařízení pokoje hezké, čisté a účelné. Pokoj byl útulný. Líbilo se mi tlumené LED osvětlení za postelí. Pro jednoho člověka byly odkládací prostory na oblečení dostačující, pro dva lidi už méně.

Naproti ubytování přes ulici je pekárna, kde se dá dobře nasnídat. Míchaná vajíčka, omelety, čerstvé pečivo evropského charakteru, atd.

Cons:

Jednou se stalo, že přestala téct voda. Pochopil jsem, že v Dahabu není vodovodní řad, ale každý dům má svoji vlastní nádrž s vodou, o kterou se stará majitel domu. Majitel zajistil cisternu a zprovoznění vody do asi 30 minut po tom, co jsem mu to oznámil. Komunikace s majitelem byla rychlá a jednoduchá.

Okna pokoje jsou na hlavní silnici, kde noční život tepe až do nočních hodin. V noci se zásobují obchody v centru, odváží odpadky, atd. Chodil jsem spát po potápění brzy a hluk z ulice mě rušil.

Pros:

pleasant, clean accommodation with a fridge, own bathroom and toilet, very comfortable mattress and duvet. When there was a problem with wifi, the owner solved it immediately. It was a very pleasant stay at the Lighthouse, next to Freedive Dahab

Pros:

Excellent location, very central! The owner was great and was always available via WhatsApp if we needed anything.

Cons:

The shower took a long time to heat up. The bed was also a little too hard for us.

quiet retreat in the center of Dahab
Pros:

I had a nice stay at Ocean Life Dahab. The room was clean and serviceable and quiet. There was a kettle and fridge in the room. It was a 1 minute walk from Lighthouse, very central to cafes and all the waterfront shops and services. Mahmoud was very helpful, a great host.

Cons:

I would have appreciated tea/coffee to go with the hot water kettle. But this was a minor thing for me, I think the room was a good value.

Probably the best room in Dahab center
Pros:

Очень милый маленький отель, кажется всего на 5 номеров. Возможно, это один из самых лучших вариантов в центре Дахаба. Мы приезжали на неделю для дайвинга, вся остальная группа жила в другом отеле 4* в 5 минутах, их номера там были намного хуже и даже не всегда была горячая вода.

Наслушавшись историй про Дахаб, я ехала совсем без ожиданий относительно комфорта и чистоты, везла собственный полотенца и постельное белье, но ничего из этого не пригодилось!

Наш номер был чистым, со свежим бельем и свежими полотенцами, все выглядело очень мило и стильно! 😍 В душе всегда был хороший напор и горячая вода.

Большое спасибо персоналу и хозяину, мы остались очень довольны

Единственное к чему можно придраться это пыльные шторы и ковер не первой свежести, но нашему отдыху это совсем не мешало. Просто возьмите с собой тапочки или сланцы

I had a truly wonderful stay! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Mahmood was incredibly adaptable, kind, and attentive throughout my entire stay. They helped arrange transport to and from the airport and were always available whenever I needed anything. Their understanding and support made everything easy.

The rooms were spacious and equipped with all the facilities I needed, and the bathrooms were clean. The location is fantastic: super central and within walking distance of my diving centers, most restaurants, and the beachfront. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I’d definitely come back!

Cons:

Quite noisy on the main street but this is due to the very central location

Pros:

Pluspunten zijn de locatie en de redelijk propere kamer.

Cons:

Badkamer: douche en wc waren in dezelfde zone zonder scheiding. Als gevolg is altijd de hele badkamer volledig nat en ondergelopen. Er is geen receptie, en soms ook geen staff te vinden.
