It's an 8, 9 or 10 for sure. Location is great, it's quiet and away from Loi Kroh road but only 50 metres away if you want to go there and on a junction where you can head in different directions on quiet roads to main areas.
A very new, modern and clean hotel, great friendly and helpful staff. I liked the open reception lobby area, there's no doors when you come in but always someone at reception I think. The room (101 first room on the ground floor by reception) was very nice, new, modern. A big TV, AC worked great, nice shower with good pressure and constant temperature. 2 bottles of complimentary water then another 2 in the fridge (but you won't get thirsty as there's also loads of complimentary water in the fridge in reception, complimentary fruit and juices, also a coffee machine there whenever you want a coffee- and also there are complimentary cookies, umbrellas, ashtrays and tissues - pretty amazing really, so much thought gone into it), loads of hangers, big desk area and place for suitcase. Not much of a view but a great little patio area that did get the sun and nice if you smoke maybe (I don't).
It had a nice little pool but not a lot of space around it although I think there's other seating above, I didn't use it but looked good for a dip.
Breakfast at the reception area looked limited initially but actually was a very good selection, usually scrambled eggs, fried eggs, hotdog type sausages, ham, breads and toaster, cereals, cold selection, some pastries, fresh fruits and juices in fridge (juices in glasses ready) and lovely yogurts one day, coffee machine. Staff always checking there's plenty out, I was pleased with it and a nice area to sit and eat close to my room too.
I would definitely recommend it and stay again.
The bed was a bit firm for me but not as bad as many places I stayed in, the pillows were also a bit bouncy but the bedding was nice and clean and it was ok. As my room was just by the reception I could hear any sounds in reception and that went on into the early hours, which can't be helped but next time I would get a room further away.
Water, snacks, and fruit were provided at check-in. The staff were lovely and welcoming. Very satisfied with my stay. Will come back and recommend to friends.

Spędziliśmy w tym hotelu 4 dni i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Zależało na kameralnym klimacie bez zadęcia i tak właśnie było.
Okolica jest bardzo spokojna, ale jednocześnie wszędzie jest blisko.
Ekipa hotelowa jest bardzo uprzejma i pomocna.
Łóżko bardzo wygodne, sam pokój też.
Śniadania smaczne, zarówno mięsożercy jak i wege spokojnie się najedzą.
Woda, owoce, kawa/herbata są dostępne dla gości non stop.
Bardzo polecamy i z przyjemnością wrócimy. 😊
