Pros:

We had a wonderful time at Island Villas. There were 18 of us from 5 different families and the accommodation worked so well - everyone had their own space but could enjoy the communal pool and eating areas together. Pool is lovely, plenty of sun beds for all of us. The little town is only 5 mins walk and has some nice tavernas, a couple of supermarkets and lots of shops selling clothes, jewellery and touristy bits and bobs. The sandy beach is just a few minutes on from there. Sirmalenia, the lady who manages the property, was lovely and very helpful. Absolutely ideal property for a large group.

great villa, loads of space! nice pool, parking space! no complaints :)
Pros:

good location - need a car but for most of Crete you would need a car to get around as places are not all in one area.
easy to find. staff were nice, and there on arrival
able to accommodate to flight times which is rare and super handy!
the villa was massive, very good size for big groups! there was so much space no struggle for bathrooms and space which is the best thing when with big groups!

Cons:

pool needed a slight clean after 2/3 days but it wasn't disastrous

The best final goodbye for my friends.
Pros:

The cleaners, the pool, the huge table and communal areas.

Cons:

neighbours, the toilet bins not being cleaned out regularly/offering bin bags to clean out ourselves.
