The best place to stay in Rajshahi!
Pros:

Hotel X is probably the best hotel in Rajshahi: the hotel is new, rooms are spacious, the rooms have all the amenities you need, the restaurant has good meals and breakfast - even if you stay there during Ramadan, they will prepare breakfast and meals at any time of the day.
The location is quote central, but the rooms (even on the street side) are quiet, as there is a large church with park opposite the hotel.
Staff are very friendly.

Cons:

Nothing to complain or improve.

I loved the guest service, I loved the location, I very much enjoyed the amenities, such as the swimming pool and the view.

Cons:

Honest review about what I didn’t like about the property. The shower gets slippery when wet. Can cause a serious danger to new travelers or visitors. need to do something about that.

Cons:

I reserved two room. 1 room was very bad smell. Somebody smokes in the room but after it was very difficult to us stay in this room with my child. I complained manager & he told me don't worry sir. I am giving air freshener. These room had no hair dryer. Flushing system of commode is very weak.
Another room was 415. That room was connected with another room by a wooden door. We heard conversation from another room. There was no privacy. So, my experiences were very bad.

Pros:

Location was good. We stayed very short period. Structure of the hotel, arcitecture, design, onterior and quiteness we were amazed with. I can see the difference between we stayed in other hotel recently

Cons:

Breakfast was included in our booking. But when we checked in we were informed breakfast was not included that really surprised us. Next morning I checked our booking and found it was included. I informd kitchen staff and showed them and they allowed breakfast.
Secondly, staff at reception was not available all the time. I dont know whehther limited staff provided.
